Well it depends on if you want to have a virtual studio or an in house studio. You probably want to get a business license. Read the requirements and FAQ's on the larger webcam sites info for studios. Check out some studios online and see what they are doing. Invest time into learning SEO (search engine optimization), marketing, affiliate marketing. Start a twitter. Build your own website. Wordpress is good. Make sure you have a self hosted website (ie sign up through a site like hostgator and purchase your domain and then install wordpress.org). Have a blog. Recruit girls. Uh... so that's about what you need to do to get started.

Studio's really offer no value to models unless they are in house. Maybe you could try to offer something valuable to models instead of being an earning moocher?

Starting a porn studio is a serious business. Make sure to lawyer up. You're going to need alot of$$$ if you plan on doing it out of a house you now own with spare bedrooms. You need to apply for a business license. You cannot use a house that's not zoned for business. Let alone adult entertainment. Best of luck.
