What does it take to get hired here?

just like every other club with higher standards, thin and pretty, long hair, etc. tho this club definitely veered on girl next door when i was there, so id do more natural hair and makeup and bring simple looking outfits to audition in and pick the one that matches everyone else the most.

I got hired but idk they wouldn't even valet my car when I didn't have 5$ cash on me and made me park around the corner and walk a block by myself in a sketchy area hauling my stripper bag. It was kind of a turn off to the club.
^ Damn, that's really fucking harsh! I've never had to pay valet at places I've worked, I didn't even know that was a thing.

4play is notoriously hard to get hired at, it's known as the pickiest club in LA but I've heard mixed things about the money there. Most of the girls I've known who worked there said they only made regulars, it's not a "wanna dance" club you have to sit with customers for a long time (one girl said she spent like an hour with every customer) and they tend to dance with the same girls.
I've never auditioned there so everything I know it from girls who worked there. It used to be you had to win their amateur night contest but I'm pretty sure they do regular auditions now. They tend to favor Eastern Europeans/white girls, I've know some really hot hispanic/black girls who knew their way around a pole and were denied, they have a reputation for being a bit racist with their hiring practices from what I've heard. A friend of mine said that they start new girls off on the day shift and you have to work your way up to doing nights/weekends.
I posted a lot of info in LA clubs in another thread you made, I worked there for a long time so take a look it I gave you a rundown on the different areas/clubs. But honestly you can make as many threads as you want (I see you've made quite a few...) and ask as much advice as you want but you really need to just go and audition and give it a shot. Everyone has different experiences and you may have to try out several places to find the one that works for you. You have nothing to lose, you certainly aren't making £ sitting at home on your computer! And especially with something like getting hired no one can tell you the answer to that you just have to put yourself out there and see what happens.

I went there the other night and got hired on the spot (weird..) I worked a shift and just didn't like it. Manager was rude, girls eh. They made me carry my bag of crap a block to the club, alone , with no one helping or making sure I was safe. Did not like.

I'm currently working at a deja vu club and a club owned by speariment
I used to work at 4play because I live in LA and I started making more $ when I started traveling to dance. The managers at 4play are rude, the customers are cheap, and they've started hiring some seriously ratchet girls. Some nights I'd leave that place with only $100- now, I'm pissed if I don't make $1000. I definitely don't recommend it.
