* Listening to my body and acting accordingly (instead of listening to my partner who tends to believe pushing my limits is good for me, even though he has been at the hospital visits with me)
* start to learn to say no and not to feel guilty about it
* finding acceptance; not to comparing myself with how I used to be or with anyone else for that matter
* building up condition (yoga), mental strength (meditation) and muscle (yoga/fysiotherapy/gymballexercises)
* spreading my workhoures so I can still work 3 shifts and not get to tired from them & getting myself in a steady (healthy) daily routine
* eating healthy (low sugar, starch, fat, meat, much veggies, nuts, water, coconut water, anti inflammatory foods etc)
