I used to suffer from plantar fasciitis on my right foot, what i did to heal it was to massage my whole posterior leg part and my foot at the end of the day before going to sleep, (this leg muscles are actually connected with the foot) with a warm oil and with a big Muscle Roller Massage Stick, i'm still doing it everyday or after every workout, i do alot of stretches when i walk for long periods of time and even when i'm standing i stretch, Do Calf stretches, toe stretches and ball and towell stretches several times a day, especially when you first get up in the morning and at the end of the day.

I kept getting two minuet phone calls and couldn't understand why.
Then when I tried vanilla phone sex the same thing happened. So if I thought if I couldn't even do vanilla sex work then I'm a shitty sex worker.
THEN I had a whole bunch of Neurotypical white girls telling me "Well if you keep getting 2 minuet calls maybe phone sex isn't for you..." Basically because it's easy for them, I'm the problem, And that group ended up being trash and kicked me out with no explanation. (FYI I was the only black girl in there)
So I depend on PSO and making clips.
