Yes, you're right: set aside time to worry then create a plan. I just did a spreadsheet to see if I'm making enough verses bills and I am, but it's still this fear I have. I just need to do my hours and it'll be ok. But I do need to set aside time to just worry. I don't do that. I just let stuff overwhelm me. Thanks. This is good advice.
I do take a women's multivitamin. I haven't taken it today yet. I'll take it.
