Default Any lactose intolerant dancers on here?

I've discovered recently that I'm lactose intolerant. Which blows cause I don't like to discriminate against food

I am mildly intolerant: I can eat yogurt and cheese just fine. Ice cream in small amounts, but straight up animal milk? No. However, almond milk had saved my days.

Yes, I am completely lactose intolerant, so I am mostly vegan (I eat eggs and honey). I don't eat dairy products at all. My dairy replacements are as follows:

    *Daiya cheese
    *Earth Balance vegan butter
    *Silk soy milk
    *Trader Joe's dark chocolate
    *Trader Joe's soy yogurt
    *So Delicious non-dairy ice cream
    *Tofutti vegan cream cheese

Cow's milk is horrible for the human body anyway. It is loaded with saturated fat, cholesterol, lactose, pus, hormones, and antibiotics. Humans aren't supposed to be drinking milk past the age of 2, much less the milk from another animal. It's completely unnatural. Anyway, I don't mean to rant or preach here, sorry. I just abhor dairy products.

I definitely need to do some research on products that are lactose free, so I appreciate the list hun.

It's funny because I was never really a milk drinker, I rarely ate ice cream or yogurt (unless it was in a shake or a smoothie)....but I am sad about cheese. I love cheese

I am lactose tolerant but I gave up animal milk because Almond milk taste much more better. Rice milk is a bit on the sweeter side for my taste. I still have limited amounts of dairy. However, almond milk is something that I fell in love with

yes im lactose intolerant and while ive found a lot of great sustitutes, almond based ones seem to be the best. almond cheese is delicious! hazelnut ice cream is also incredible. its very easy to eat lactose free when youre near a whole foods or something similar but if you arent it gets really hars. the one nice thing is that nut based food keeps better so you can order online.

I'm lactose intolerant as well. I however eat cheese on a regular basis still :-). They sell a little pill that you can take when you eat dairy, and it helps you digest the food. They have the generic pills at Walmart, 60 pills for about 6 dollars. Give it a try!
