    Default Help! Customer bit me

Hey everyone . I am freaking out ! A customer bit me in my nipple yesterday and bit me hard enough to break my skin : ( I'm looking at my boob he bit and it looks different. Way different than usual . I have silicone gel implants and is it possible he may have broken it? I thought these kind of implants were like unbreakable. Has anyone ever dealt with something like this or heard anything similar??

Are your implants under the muscle? If he bit down on your nipple I really doubt he could rupture the implant that way. Perhaps your boob is just swollen as a reaction from the trauma? If you aren't in any serious pain, I would wait a couple days and see. If it still looks weird and doesn't seem to be getting better then I would go to the doctor. But that's just me. Either way, I'm sorry you had to deal with this!

Thanks guys. It hurts sooo bad I just worked my normal Friday shift and several of my regulars noted that my breast is pointed off to the side, which isn't how it usually looks.
I called a local plastic surgeon (I didn't get them done in this city/state) and the nurse there said they could look different from the trauma or swelling . I have an appointment for Monday.
If anything is truly wrong with it I'm going to be so mad. This is the side I just got replaced last fall after developing capsular contracture .

wtf, that's assault..just because we are strippers does not make it ok for these assholes to bite, lick, pinch, smack, grab, or touch us at all, much less injure us in the process! i had a guy bite me REALLY hard on the arm, and it almost broke the skin..it was bruised, raised, and very red. hopefully its just swelling. human bites can get infect very easily, if it looks infected don't ignore it! my sister had a biting problem as a baby, and once she broke my skin and it got very infected.

You are so right Simone. It is assault. Who the fuck BITES someone ?? Whether it's on the boob, arm, etc. I complained about this customers behavior in VIP in the past and someone today told me I "should have known better."
No. I think not. There is NO excuse for this or anything similar.

I haven't put anything on it. It hurts SO bad. Maybe I should? I probably should have made a better effort to get to a doctor sooner and possibly gotten an antibiotic or ointment of some sort.
Typical me...I've been so worried my implant is messed up I overlooked the fact the psycho who bit me could have given me something with his nasty mouth germs

Not wanting to cause any undue anxieties here, but if this a$$hole customer 'drew blood', there's a very good chance that he also communicated mouth germs into your bloodstream. If you are experiencing tenderness and breast swelling, these are classic symptoms of an infection. And the human mouth can harbor some really 'nasty' types of germs !!! Indeed it would have been a massively good idea to treat the broken skin area with peroxide immediately after the incident, as well as to hit an urgent care / ER for an antibiotic prescription the minute you first noticed breast swelling and tenderness ... but hindsight is 20/20.

Now for a really worrisome 'worst case scenario' ... since breast implants are by definition a 'foreign body', if the breast pocket becomes infected it can be very difficult to 'kill off' an infection once it gets started. In many cases, it is not possible to 'kill off' the infection with the breast implant remaining in place ... but instead requires that the breast implant(s) be removed for several months while antibiotic treatments are repeated. Thus, if a 'worst case scenario' actually develops, this a$$hole custy may have cost you several months worth of lost dancing earnings, in addition to some hefty plastic surgeon's fees to remove, and later replace, your implant(s) with new one(s).

Technically speaking, what this a$$hole did was an 'assault'. And while it might be extremely difficult to pursue this as a 'criminal' matter after the fact, pursuing it as a 'civil' matter is something that you might very well need to consider. So it's really important that you attempt to get an ID on this a$$hole customer ASAP. It also woundn't hurt to get some statements from fellow dancers corroborating the fact that you were bitten, that your breast began to swell / look mis-shapen etc. just in case you need to take this a$$hole to 'civil' court to try and recover lost earnings / medical bills which directly stem from this a$$hole customer's 'assault'.

In the meantime, here's hoping for the best. But under the circumstances, it would also appear to be prudent to prepare for the worst. If it were me, I would not wait until Monday to start antibiotics ... but hit an urgent care / ER today !!! Getting on antibiotics ASAP may still make a difference as to whether the infection can be 'stopped in its tracks' with your implant(s) still in place, versus allowing the infection to progress to the point where implant removal becomes a possibility / necessity.

Also, if the worst does happen, being on record as having brought this matter to the attention of a medical professional as soon as you started to exhibit symptoms of an infection will help any future 'civil' action to try and recover monetary damages. If several days are allowed to pass between the bite incident occurring and your first treatment by a medical professional, this provides more 'reasonable doubt' to be cast by the a$$hole customer's attorney as to whether there is a direct correlation between your infection and the customer's actions, versus your infection potentially being due to some other cause that theoretically could have happened over the several day 'time lapse' !!!

Good lord. So scary If all of those things DID happen, the customer who did it is a regular at my club and I could easily ID him if necessary. He's well known and notorious for being very ornery and difficult to deal with.
I'm really hoping and praying this doesn't turn out to be too big a deal :/

^^^ me too !!! But it doesn't hurt to prepare for the worst while hoping for the best !

Are you by any chance running a low grade fever ( in the 99 point something range ) ? Are you feeling tired / slightly nauseous ? If so, did you get your breast looked at and an antibiotic prescription from an urgent care place yet ? Investing $100 or so to get some antibiotics working 48 hours sooner is pretty cheap 'insurance' !

I hope you got his name & address so you can sue his ass for all the medical cost.

Did you report him to the manager? Called the cops for assault.

Did you kick him in the balls with your high heels? Cause that would have been my reaction.

I feel fine overall, no fever or anything. My breast is just extremely extremely sore all over even though it was my actual nipple he bit. I keep getting random stabbing pains in my breast aside from the nipple soreness. That's the reason why I was initially so worried about my implant.
I freaked out when it happened and didn't even realize he broke the skin till much later. Initially it hurt , but nowhere near as bad as it hurts now.
I made an appointment for Monday. Maybe I should go to an urgent care though!

how awful! I highly doubt anythings wrong with the implant itself although its possible you tore the pocket by freaking out when he bit you. really unlikely though.

but you def need to get a tetanus shot and have a dr swab the wound to check for specific infections. i agree that you should also take daily pictures and a diary etc in case this gets worse so you can file charges against this guy!

Human bites are notoriously filthy. It would have been better to be bitten by a dog. God, I'm sorry and fucking pissed that this happened to you. Ugh.

Go to a doctor as soon as you can like Melonie said. Actually, do everything she said. This customer needs to be held accountable and you need to make sure you don't have any serious complications. That customer could have transmitted hepatitis, tetanus, even HIV and more.

Stripping has made me a lot less compassionate... I believe that people like that customer are too much of a risk to the public to be allowed to, or deserve to, live among other people. Or maybe to even live at all. How disgusting of him to do that, and how evil.

I hope everything works out ok for you!!!!

What a fucking asshole. I hope you hurt him back or at least did something to that piece of shit. I hope you are okay and I don't have implants but know people bit around that area. I recommend what was mentioned, washing that area and you may want to take some sort of aspirin. Otherwise you are doing the smart thing by going to a doctors. My prayers are with you.

Thanks everyone, for your advice and concern. I know this whole thing is definitely cringe worthy and gross, but thanks for the support. I was just so shocked and scared after it happened I started this thread in kind of a haze...

I am going to go to urgent care this morning. (I know I should have gone yesterday but I had a friends bridal shower and I put it off) It sucks today is a Sunday so my primary care doctors office is closed. But whatever, the pain is so bad I can't even wear a bra or sleep I won't post the gross details, but it's pretty obvious things are getting worse and not better.

I'll let y'all know how it goes, and in the meantime I'm just keeping my fingers crossed this doesn't turn a huge fiasco!

^^^ Here's hoping the same ... for your sake !!! Indeed it's a bad omen that the pain has spread throughout your affected breast, and I assume that the swelling / shape distortion isn't getting any better. And I hope to hell you're not seeing any dull red streaks around your nipple !!! Get an antibiotic prescription ASAP !!! I don't mean to scare you but this is starting to sound pretty bad !

Not wanting to share gory details either, but here's where my years of study to become a Respiratory Therapist, plus a half dozen implant surgeries, come in handy ...

Nipples have milk ducts ... which lead directly from the nipple into the breast ... or in the case of an implant being present, to the breast pocket. And obviously breast implants do not have any sort of circulatory system connection to the body ... so there's no efficient mechanism for the body's own immune defenses to directly attack germs that manage to make it to the surface of the breast implant. Thus when a$$hole customer drew blood by the nipple bite, it's all too likely that some of his mouth germs used your milk ducts as a 'freeway' to your breast pocket.

The lack of circulatory system 'connection' to the breast implant, in cases of a large infection, makes it necessary to remove the implant so that the germs are deprived of a 'hiding place' ... as well as making it possible for a doctor to directly kill off germs inside the breast pocket via betadine solution wash, via a laser removing infected breast tissue, etc. Such infections have been known to develop almost immediately after new breast implants are first put in place, due to a few germs being present in the OR or on the implant surface. Contracting such an infection well after implants have been in place for a while is a much rarer situation ... but it can and has happened.

This happened to one of my friend's at my old club. The customer drew blood on her as well and the manager told her to go to the urgent care centre and they gave her some antibiotics and she was fine
PS a word of advice to all dancers from my old 'dancing on the road' days. Keep a small, still factory sealed, bottle of peroxide in your dance bag ... so you can use it immediately if you wind up scraping a knee on the stage, or in any case where the skin is broken / blood is drawn. Strip clubs are FILTHY places - literally as well as figuratively !!! Also, if you can manage it, the next time you have a medical / dental problem, talk the doctor into writing an antibiotic prescription with a refill. Take the original prescription. But get the prescription refilled and put it in your dance bag. Once an infection gets established, every hour that passes without having antibiotics working in your favor is another hour for those germs to multiply - thus making the symptoms more serious, and making the infection much more difficult to treat later.

PPS SwanPrincess please keep us posted regarding what urgent care tells you today, as well as what the plastic surgeon tells you tomorrow.

If there is any minor 'bright side', it's that treatment of the infection and removal of infected implant(s) IS covered by most health insurance. But on the 'dark side', insurance won't pay one cent to have replacement implants put back in later. Nor will it pay for several months worth of lost dancing earnings if you wind up with deflated 'grandma boobs' while the infection is being treated. There are only two possible people who will absorb those costs ... a$$hole customer, or yourself !!!

Also, for planning purposes, if you already have an attorney, try to make an appointment for Monday right after you see the plastic surgeon. Take the medical reports from both today's urgent care and from tomorrow's plastic surgeon exam. Also call your club ASAP to try and get a positive ID on a$$hole customer. If this situation is heading for a 'worst case' scenario, you're going to need advice in regard to gathering evidence, officially contacting a$$hole customer, etc. Along those lines, it wouldn't hurt to shoot a 'selfie' showing both your face and your breasts in the same pic ASAP, shoot another 'selfie' again tomorrow morning, etc. and give these to your attorney. Also, start keeping a record of the money you are spending out of pocket for medical treatments, as well as the number of nights you were already unable to dance as a result of you breast discomfort.

You do NOT want to find yourself in a position of talking to an attorney for the first time a few days from now, with implants removed, with no photographic evidence of the breast infection's results prior to implant removal, and with a$$hole customer's attorney being provided with an entire week of time to attempt to blame your breast infection on 'other causes'. And even if belated antibiotics are still able to beat your infection by themselves, you're still going to wind up being out of pocket for medical costs plus at least a couple of weeks minimum of lost dancing earnings while waiting for your infected breast to stop hurting and look 'normal' again. Thus a$$hole customer should already be 'on the hook' for several thousand dollars worth of direct 'civil' damages, before tacking on extra as compensation for 'pain and suffering' or your attorney's fees.

I know that you really don't want to even think seriously along these lines, but at some point you will have to start !!! If this situation starts heading for a 'worst case scenario' you're potentially talking about $10,000+ in medical bills for implant removal plus antibiotic treatment plus implant replacement, plus 16+ weeks worth of lost dancing earnings worth a minimum of another $16,000+ to wait out antibiotic treatment plus recover from replacement implant surgery, plus 'pain and suffering' compensation and your attorney's fees ... i.e. 'serious money' !!!

oh my god. ouch! What an asshole!

I hope you're okay! Let us know how it goes ... also, you'll have your Dr's orders by now I hope but it always helps to wash things like this in warm salty water ASAP and regularly after until it's healed - helps so much with preventing infection.

So I've been to Urgent Care and I saw a plastic surgeon this morning. I had to get an IV antibiotic yesterday, a tetanus shot, and also an antibiotic prescription. The doctor was pretty horrified when she saw it, and it's definitely infected She thought that my breast looked very swollen on the underside and that's why it made my whole breast appear different than usual, but she still thought I should go to my appointment today.

The plastic surgeon I saw today isn't my original surgeon because I moved since I got my implants. I wish it were my original one though. He looked at it and more or less laughed it off. Asshole. He too thought that it looks different from being swollen. He seemed to think it was hilarious I thought my implant could have been affected from incident at work. I got a little offended by his attitude with me today. I'm not a surgeon! It's not like I know the exact force it would take to break a gel implant....

I'm a little relieved and glad I feel like at least I know what's going on now and like I somewhat have things under control. I have a follow up on Thursday. The doctor I saw yesterday did say worst case scenario if the infection doesn't go away, I would have to have the implant removed to let the infection heal. (Pretty much everything Melonie said ^^^)

In the meantime, I'm going to at least take tomorrow off work, rest, eat well of course, and DEFINITELY buy a bottle of peroxide!

Thanks everyone again, for all the support.
