Default How to disguise a front tooth cavity!?

Jeezum I have pretty nice teeth but lately developed a cavity on my front tooth, looks like a grain of pepper. I've had a very tiny one for a few months but it recently got much more obvious, at least to me. I'm now self conscious when I smile which is awful for work. For a few different reason I can't have it filled for about 2 weeks and have several shifts between now and then.

Is there any way to disguise it? Like a tooth paint or something? Someone suggested a tiny dot of white nail polish but...I don't know, seems weird to me.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!

Okay, #1, do not put nail polish on your teeth. Nail polish has a lot of chemicals which are very bad for you if ingested.

TBH, I work with some dancers who have horrendous awful snaggleteeth, and I've only ever become aware of it when talking to them in the dressing room. It's just not the kind of thing you notice in the dark parts of the club. It is highly likely that no one but you has noticed this "very tiny" cavity. I would say that it's best to not mess with it and to wait for your dentist to fix it.

I was going to say a temp filling might do, but since you're getting it done in two weeks time, just wait it out and smile less I guess? haha I wouldn't recommend trying to whiten it with at home kits, that'd probably make it more obvious and could aggravate it and cause sensitivity. Definitely don't paint it with anything. Two weeks will fly by!

i've heard of dental wax being used as a temporary fix. don't use any kind of paint that is not made go to in your mouth, you don't want to poison yourself over a tiny little pepper speck!
and keep on smiling! not smiling will hurt your money much more than a tiny little dot on your tooth
