


LS, if a guy is genuinely having issues with paying, what's the best thing for him to do? I mean, is there anywhere I can redirect them? I don't mean like an alternative payment provider... I mean, should he contact his credit card company or whatever? Sorry if this is a stupid question. So many guys tell me they have issues with payment, most of them are bullshitting but a few do genuinely attempt to do it.

absolutely, preferred method of client contact is up to each chica. It can be yahoo, skype, email, snapchat, kik, etc, whatever works best for each individual
declines are frustrating, and they happen. I analyze this ish like crazy because I'm always trying to perfect the scrub, find the perfect balance between letting legit guys through and blocking the fraud. it's an ongoing thing, not 'set it and forget it' so always trying to tweak to find the sweet spot.
overall my scrub actually blocks relatively few legit clients, but I know it's a huge fucking hassle for both chica and client when they occur, for whatever reason.
if a listee has an issue with a client payment y'all are always welcome to email me. I can't be there 24/7 but I try to be available as much as possible.
I'm in the process of overhauling the admin messages section and will have a page for bad clients where y'all can add your own submissions without having to email me to do it. in style it's going to be pretty similar to the cmd list (which is by far the best out there I think) but obv my own code and my/our own data. already asked Mark if he was ok with me creating a bad client list in a similar style and he's fine with it, so not stealing or doing anything underhanded.
in general, when it comes to bad clients I try to collaborate as much as possible with other legit sites in the niche, sharing names and emails etc. though we're all technically competitors, in this we're all on the same side and working together when it comes to fraud protects all of us.
part of the admin overhaul will be to seperate the messages section into different categories, and one will be general info/tips/resources. There I'll cover things like how to handle new clients efficiently to avoid timewasters as well as how to read declines to faciliate successful payments. A lot of bank declines can be easily solved if we understand the reason for the decline, so hoping that info will help make things easier
the new admin should be complete in a week or so.

I also need some help with model/listee support before i add a bunch of new peeps. not fair to y'all if I get in over my head in that regard
this thing that I originally planned as a small boutique site has grow far larger than I ever could have imagined, and at this point need to pace growth in a manner that I can handle. Once new apps are open I'd love to work with ya, if you're still interested at that point

I have an unbranded profile page through this site and have loved it so far. I expected to receive a deposit as per usual on 4/19, however, and have so far not received it. When I log into my model administration, I also do not see any notice of payments being sent for that pay period. I've not been able to get in touch with you via email. I've spoken to other girls who have had a page with this site longer than I have, and they have yet to receive their direct deposit or get an answer to their emails. Hope all is well.
When I log in and check my page it shows me as online but if I go in as a customer through my link it always shows me as offline. Is that normal?
I still have not received a payment or a response to my emails inquiring about them, so now I'm growing concerned for the next week.

Hey all,
Masive apologies for being awol this week, just got out of the hospital here in (edit for privacy) this afternoon (Saturday). been in since Tuesday night.
I was feeling horrible on Sunday so my husband completed payouts and he messed up...quite a few. He wasn't really in his right mind as he was pretty worried about me, and still needs my assistance with each payout process, evidently. We also moved this week to a new home (on Tuesday) and he did pretty much everything without my help so was pretty overwhelmed.
Only found out on Wednesday when a few listees emailed me to let me know they hadn't received payments. He was checking my email but wasn't sure how to reply so didn't email anyone back.
He finished/redid all payouts on Thursday and Friday and all funds are on their way. So sorry about this delay. Will be emailing y'all individually today but will take a while, so wanted to post a message here first.
Tomorrow's payouts will go out as per normal, and I'll post some screencaps of my payroll account and bank balance later this aft so y'all at least know this was not a funding issue. Rather me sick as fuck and my husband doing his best without me. As soon as I/we found out we fixed it as quickly as possible because I know y'all need your money on time and in full.
