Default Upselling in my new club

So I just got back from my first shift at my new club, my first nude club woo! It was a "slow" night and I made more than I would have at my topless club, even after the insanely high house fee.

Anyway... this club works completely differently than anywhere else I've worked. Extras everywhere, for one. But also the prices are kinda ridic. So you can get a $20 regular dance, a $60 topless dance in a room where the curtain stays open(sold 4 of those to the same guy), a $100 nude dance in a room with the curtain closed(sold one to a club regular who was trying to spend more money on me but was wanting things I don't feel comfortable doing ugh), then from there you can do 15 minutes for $500, 30 for $1000, etc. So my question is....how do you upsell with those prices??? Especially since I'm not doing extras. I followed advice from some of the threads on hustling in a dirty club and I'd say the night went well, I'm just used to VIP's being like $400/30min max. Seems harder to justify $100 for 4 minutes then jumping to $500 for 15.

Well if you do the math, $100 for 4 minutes=$400 for 16 minutes. From there it is a reasonable jump to $500/15.

Are other girls selling those rooms? If they are being sold consistently then the clubs customer base is used to spending that much, even though it seems crazy to you. The thing is, if you wanna sell those rooms you will need to present yourself as an extras girl even though you're not. Don't have too much conversation before you push the sale, and be vague when the customer asks what kind of mileage you deliver. Be careful with who you pick to sell rooms to, since some guys are used to getting extras and will act like drama queens when you don't deliver (understandably for that amount of money) and management probably will not have your back.

Being a clean dancer in a hardcore extras club is very draining for most of us. I think the best strategy for preserving your sanity is to mainly focus on selling the topless/nude dances, and only pushing for a couple rooms a night with guys who seem safe.

Honestly I would be hesitant to advise presenting yourself as an extras girl if you are not good w/ going down that road. So many things can go wrong. Are there no other clubs you can work that are cleaner/safer?

There are a lot of really helpful threads on here on upselling, especially for blocks of time (VIP/CR), so browse through Hustle Hut but especially the Best Of thread stickied at the top. The #1 thing you have to do is change your frame of mind though: those prices aren't outrageous, you're worth every dollar. If you don't believe it, none of your customers will either.

Hm. Good advice, thanks! I know I'm worth it, it was just a little startling to me at first. I'm going back tonight and pretty excited, last night was fun and it was only half as busy as it was the night I went in as a customer a few weeks ago. I'm also not too concerned about not being an extras girl, it wasn't an issue last night except with the one club regular and i still got a lesser dance from him. It might be easier for those girls to lure guys into rooms but it's a really popular after-hours spot, since we don't serve alcohol, so it's easy to just drag a drunk guy to the back or upstairs. I think being surrounded by girls who are so bold about approaching customers actually helped to motivate me.
