    Hi today I have added money to the card and the money is not on the card. I've been waiting 3 hours and the money hasn't appeared. I'll wait for Paxum to write me.

    Hi, no one has posted in this forum for over a year. I'm having trouble with Paxum right now. When I try to log in I have to go through a verification process that always fails. I'm asked to complete fields that are already completed. When I try to use the app, when I click the final confirm button at the end of the verification process, I am kicked out of the app and need to start over again - in an endless loop. I have no way to access my account to make withdrawals.

    Is there anyone else out there who still used Paxum?

    I use Paxum im in the uk and im not having any problems.I just logged in. As minnie said call them, I found them quite good at dealing with things.

    The problem here is that unless I can complete the data confirmation process, I'm locked out of my account. This was a really stupid way to get account holders to complete this process. Normally if I have access to my account, I open a support ticket from within the account messaging service.

    Without being able to do that, I'm a stranger sending emails.

    I've already tried by Android and IOS Paxum Apps, and on 2 desktop PCs using 2 different browsers. I've wasted hours on this.

    You said: I found them quite good at dealing with things". Maybe you have, but unfortunately with Paxum (over 7 plus years) there are always a lot of things (changes) to deal with.

    I'm using Paxum now. I had that happen to me I think it's when you try to access too many times and it locks you out. It is strange it locked me out even though my password was correct, I don't know why. I wrote support and told them and they unlocked it for me the same day. Have you emailed them and verified your information?

    Support tickets they reply to get sent to your email. I just replied to the old support ticket thread and told them the problem I was having. I wish you luck, I know some ppl have trouble with paxum but it is the only payment option that is affordable for me on IWC as an International producer rn

    I've been using Paxum for over 7 years, and it has been a very rough ride as they continually make changes. Support 7 years ago was good - now it's almost non-existent.

    I'm not locked out due to a password problem - I get in, but a few seconds later a confirmation questionnaire begins, which always fails due to some technical problem, so I cannot access my account as successful completion of this confirmation is necessary before I can.

    The Paxum App crashes as soon as I click the final confirm button. No luck with IOS or Android.

    One email support response was received over 24 hours ago - a generic "clear cache, use different browser" useless reply. I've received no response to a detailed reply in over 24 hours despite them knowing that a long-standing account holder cannot access their funds and they know the problem is on their end.

    I started thinking it was a conspiracy to steal my money and they are on their way out (the Payoneer demise some years ago comes to mind). I don't know how a payment service with such incredibly bad customer service can survive in this world.

    Unfortunately, due to living in SE Asia, I don't have any choice for my SM and CB payments.

    Not sure if anyone is experiencencing this, but Paxum s SEPA card currently has some issues. My first in-store transactions came through just fine today and then I wasn t able to make anymore, not even a withdrawal so the live support told me on a phone call that the issue is already known by them and they re working on it.

    So don t rely much on Paxum for now, until they fix it, donnt know when, didn t ask.

    We regret to inform you that the Paxum SEPA Mastercard is no longer active, effective immediately. This is happening because the issuing the bank has decided to change its risk appetite policy to exclude adult industry professionals. We already have a backup in the works with a new issuer and we anticipate a roll-out of new cards within the next few months.


    Your Paxum SEPA Mastercard has already been deactivated and can no longer be used for withdrawals as all funds are currently frozen by the issuing bank. However, to minimize disruption to our customers the Paxum team has decided to reimburse all affected users with the amount remaining on their cards. All refunds have already been applied to your Paxum account. In the coming days, the card statement for the Paxum SEPA Mastercard will be available in the accounts of all affected customers.


    We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and in support of our customers, we have also decided to immediately lower the fee for electronic funds transfers (EFT – local bank transfers) from $5 to $2.50 USD. This 50% discount will apply for the entire period while the Paxum SEPA Mastercard is not active. Customers who previously used this card can withdraw their funds from now on via EFT/Wire, to an external credit card, or to the UnionPay card, depending on their country of residence.
