    Dizzy Returning Dancer

Hi all! Any advice for a returning dancer? I'm definitely not a newbie, but it has been years since I've been in a club and I'm finding myself a bit lost and nervous. Has anyone else experienced this? Any advice on transitioning from a vanilla job back to the dancing world? I feel like I need to mentally prep myself to get back into my dancing persona, lol.
To make matters worse all of my beloved shoes and outfits were lost - I'm starting from scratch!

My best advice is to not overthink it. Re-entering this industry can inspire panic attacks in even the most jaded of veterans.

Just go for it! It's like riding a bike - seriously.
