Hello models!
I would like to first introduce myself and desirabledolls.com. My name is Jim, and I am the primary mind behind desirabledolls.com. My background is an education in business management and 5 years of managing others. My partners have education backgrounds as marketing majors and one in human resources. Together we have all the tools to build a successful business that can generate revenue. We are very competent individuals.
HOWEVER, as of yet, we have been confused for something we are not, and I would like the opportunity to clear the air and answer any and all questions everyone may have.
The initial idea behind DesirableDolls.com was to fix a problem of models being paid for less than they are worth. My wife is a cam model, and the biggest reason she disliked camming was the companies that take 65% of your wage. I invested time into watching cams to understand the business. I asked questions as to what cam models liked about their sites, what they disliked. The most consistent answer was the payrates. Models that try and take a higher rate by running skype shows through paypal run the risk and are frequently ripped off by customers with no protection.
I crunched numbers and put together a system that mutually benefits both parties. When I released this pay structure, I was praised by models and appreciated for what I wanted to do. Here is the pay structure we plan to run on.
Revenue Generated | Pay percentageThis system both motivates the model to push for more revenue, compensates the model that may only want to work a few hours per week, and leaves the website enough revenue share to invest into advertising and pay salaries of employees.
Less than 1,666.67/week = 60% of revenue
More than 1,666.67/week = 66% of revenue
More than 3,333.32/week = 72% of revenue
More than 5,000.00/week = 78% of revenue
PROBLEMS
So here are some problems we have run into.
1) Developer.
We hit a major snag in development when our developer took our money and fell off the face of the planet with no deliverable product. I have screenshots of the minor work he did show me, and I have plans for what we wanted/want the site to look like. This leads me to my next problem.
2) The look of our site.
Due to our unforeseen circumstances we had to take measures to get the site online on time. Our deadline was June 1st, this did not occur. To avoid the risk of losing out on our models that committed to us, I hired Dmitry. Dmitry provided me with the template you have all been naming the "streamate white label site". Once we are online June 15th (our new launch date) we are working in the direction of hiring a developer and rebuilding the structure to look like so:

We will continue to advertise with social media. We are beginning our advertising campaigns June 15 with Trafficjunky to get our site featured on pornhub. Pending that we have models available to drive traffic to, we have plans in place to increase ad spending by 10% per month until we reach a level in which spending is exceeding the benefit of the traffic generated. Within the next couple months we are also expanding to redtube and youporn advertising. We have placed a deposit for a booth at Exxxotica in November in New Jersey where we hope to present a fun interactive product that customers can't wait to get home to.
July 1st will mark the first day of our one of a kind customer contest "The Desirable Dude". Men are by nature competitive and this contest is designed to expose that. This is a contest between members to spend the most during the month. The winner will receive 1,000 credits in their account on the 1st day of the following month. This is paid back to our models creating a monthly self sustained promotion and drives sales.
I hope this clears up a little bit of the confusion and misconception as to who we are and what our plans are. Again, I welcome any and all questions.
