I'm on a 90 days challenge for myself, to eat as healthy as I can and finally drop my last 7lbs! I'm going grocery shopping today, so I thought I'd share my list! I shop every 3 days, so here it is:
Bulgarian yoghurt
Whole milk
Bleu cheese
Zucchini
Tomatoes
Spinach
Butternut squash
Avocado
Blueberries
Strawberries
Chickpeas
Salmon
Swordfish
Chicken breast
and sushi for a treat!
I thought it would help all of us stay on track to share and make us more conscientious of our shopping habits.![]()
