    Default Unprofessional bouncer

I have a security at my club that is a strippers man or what ever and every time he walks me out to my car he tries to kiss me or touch me. I've told him to quit... but he still tries.... first of all he has a GF I work with, secondly I don't appreciate this at all I sometimes want to kick him in the nutts...... what would you do??

He's behaving like certain physically aggressive customers, except that I bet he expect you to tip him for the privilege! I tell them once, if they do not listen then I kick them in the nuts & go tell the mgr &/or the gf. He is continuing bc he thinks you will just let it slide. Show sm spine & he will back the fk off.

Well, I would do exactly what I do to custys that can't keep their hands to themselves. Verbal warning, kick in the nuts/slap in the face, broken arm. I would also complain to management, so there's a trail of evidence, rather than management seeing you kick his ass with no idea why.

Why do you keep letting him walk you to your car?

I recommend telling the manager and not consenting to him walking you anywhere.

Some clubs (for safety reasons) don't let dancers walk by themselves to the car.

In this case, OP needs to rely on some other bouncer.

^yeah, I've worked in several clubs where they required it. You could ask to have a DJ or a manager walk you to your car instead? I got into a huge argument with a bouncer once and the DJ walked me to me car for a few days until we made up. I would go to a manager and explain the situation. Knowing managers I'm sure he'll laugh it off and say he was just "joking" with you but you can probably get someone else to walk you.

One of the bouncers at my club is inappropriate with me also, but not to that extent. He tries to get me to go outside with him for whatever reason or just is overly flirty and tries to hangout outside of the club. I just remind him about his wife and kids at home and ask him how they're doing, then mention something about my bf. Once I told him to quit it because his wife is gorgeous and he's an idiot to mess that up lol. I can tell it makes him feel really uncomfortable and he stops. Not sure if that'll work for you but you can try. How about just telling him you don't want to create drama at work between you and his gf? If talking to him doesn't work go to a manager.

That's the club rules plus he's the only security there

    You're clocked out, right?

Why put up with this shit? If I were working at a place that was so paranoid about strippers going to hotel rooms after their shifts that I was forced to have a creepy gropey bouncer watch me unlock my bicycle, I'd switch clubs. I know some girls work in areas where that's not an option, but I'd look around for a club that respects its dancers more.

There isn't a rule about this at my club, but most bouncers will at least watch every dancer walk to her car. It's a safety thing to make sure there isnt some psycho waiting to grab her in the parking lot. But, with the exception of one bouncer who no longer works there, security is very careful not to harass dancers.
