    Default House fees

EVERYONE FEEL FREE TO REPLY..How much are your house fees? Do you think its a fair amount to pay at the club you work?I know quite a few girls that doesn't pay house fee/ dj if they don't meet their goal for the night or don't make any but house and want to keep their money. Do you agree? I personally don't because I feel as though if I don't have a good night and I pay my house fees why shouldn't you pay. I aways over hear girls at the end of the night clicking together saying how their not gonna pay house fee because they didn't make much. Does this happen in every club?

my house fee is 70 during the week, and 100 during the weekend. its also an extra 25 added on anytime you wanna walk in past the time when the club opens. and 25 for every half hour you are late if you are scheduled. they also take $10 out of dances
and yes, i think it is WAY too high for the earning potential there. back a few years ago it was ok, but now..ehhh. the only place that charges that amount around here is a very high class place in boston but the earning potential there is a lot more.
i really don't think i agree with house fees in general. i think strippers and strip clubs are a mutually beneficial arrangement. without us, they don't have a strip club, and without them we don't have a place to work. it never used to be like this, i think its glorified pimping actually..although a small house fee like 20-50 bucks every night..i wouldn't complain.

The club I was working a few months ago, house fee was 30 on weekdays and 40 on weekened.. Sometimes the club would be dead and no one would make money but house fee. The potential use to be great then it got really slow. It would have been great if the manager promoted the club more or hired someone to do it..

The house fees at my club range from $10-50 depending on the shift, with DJ and Bouncer tip outs at $10 per each person (usually 3 or less unless a girl works a double). Tip out to the house mom is optional, usually only if you ask for her help. The managers will waive house fees and mandatory tip outs if it was a rough day.

We also pay 20% on dances and rooms. This is where my club makes most of their $$ from the dancers.

The majority of queens clubs I've worked usually if you get there early enough there's no house fee and you just pay tip out.

Or if there is a house fee for being early it's ridiculously low like $10. The house fees start going up as it gets later. I've seen it go as high up as $150 in queens.

At my current club, it's $27 for the day shift and I find that more than fair. Tipping the DJ/any staff isn't expected (neither is customers tipping the dancers though lol) and I only do it if the DJ skips me on stage so I can directly make money from his efforts. With our dances costing $20, I think it's a totally reasonable fee.

We have to pay at the start of the shift and there are no refunds if the club is dead, so paying any amount of money to the club sucks when the club doesn't do it's part in bringing in customers (or in allowing way too many girls to work for the amount of customers that do come in), but I much prefer the set price system to giving the club a cut of my earnings because I definitely come out way ahead this way.

^I'd kill to have a $27 house fee!

The lowest fee I've had in London was 35 pounds for a Monday day shift, so around $60. The highest was 120 pounds, so $200, that was for a Saturday night shift. If the club is DEAD, no I don't think girls should have to pay their house fees because it's not their fault they didn't make money. If they just have bad luck or don't hustle well, then they should have to pay.

Between $15-$25, depending on what time you get there. We pay $5 out of every $25 dance, and about 20% on rooms. I think it's more than fair.

20 if I get there at or before 7. Its goes up by $10 every hour until 10pm. 15 to DJ and suppose to be $15 to managers but a few are douches and charge $20. If a girl doesn't make housefee and tip out well the club can't do anything. If a girl is broke and can't pay then they can't force her to make it pop out of her ass. Alot of girls only have the club so they don't have extra income to do backpay. If I don't make shit ill pay off my card to get the DJ and non douchey managers.

Lowest I had was $3 at a dive, and you had to get there at 4PM (opening) and stay till midnight at the earliest, plus anything you paid the DJ. Other clubs in Houston tend to be around $30 if you get there early (by 7), though some will be super low, like $5 to $15, if you get there and are ready by 11AM. At all of my clubs, if you didn't pay the house, you were fined $100+ or fired. Same for if you tried to leave early.

Wow mine is super low kind of... if you get there before six pm you don't pay the house, just the DJ ($5-10). After 6pm, it's twenty and goes up ten dollars for every hour past that. The cutoff time is 8pm. You pay an extra twenty if you want to leave before closing, which is 2am. I work there because it's a better deal for me since I get to work at 5pm every shift I work. It helps me get into work mode.
I honestly prefer dives for the lower fees. If you try to leave early without paying the house/DJ, you get suspended for a week or taken on stage rotation (which isn't really a punishment??)

    Hello everyone
At my club house fees are $15 before 7pm, $25 7-10pm and $50 10 pm to close. DJ tip out is a mandatory $10 and Doorman tip out is $5. We also pay 10% of all tips to the house. Also VIP dances are $25 and $5 goes to the house.

House fees where I dance range from $10- $30, with a 10% tipout and a $2 premium on CR dances. More than fair, but I have heard a lot of girls crying about not making money, so they shouldn't have to pay. They are always the girl that just sit in the DR, show up late for or don't bother to do their stage shows and don't hustle at all.

I don't feel sorry for them at all.

I had been at clubs that pay a "tipping wage", other clubs that charge betweem 5-35 dollars depending on the day and/or time. Other clubs had requested at least 50-75 dollars. Not including DJ fee/tip and the money taken from dances (that had gone to the hostess and bouncers). Some places are 2 dollars per set, others request 10-15% and others are a flat fee (between 10-20 bucks).

My club has a confusing and varying tip out rate. We also have split shifts. We can come in whenever we want between 11am-9pm to work and only have to work 7 hours (we can leave after 7 hrs if we want). There are three types of girls in my club - scheduled (who work a designated 7 or more days out of the month), house (who began as freelancers and worked 18 or more days out of the month, but have to continue to work at least 10 or more days), and freelancers. Day shifters pay $20 to the DJ and $5 to house mom, but day shift rate ends at 2pm. Tip out at my club for scheduled girls, if on the floor before 6pm and after 2pm Sunday-Thursday begins at $30. It goes up by $10 every hour after up until cut off time at 9pm. For house girls, it is the same plus $10 (example: 7pm start time on Wed would be $60), and then also $10 for every hour afterward. Basically the same a scheduled girl would pay with $10 tacked on at the end. Freelancers get raped. Before 6pm, tip out is automatically $85 Sun-Thurs. It goes up $20 every hour afterward.
On weekends, scheduled girls tip out begins at $65 before 6pm. And then if there is a home game (Tigers, Lions, or Red Wings), Friday/Saturday tip out begins at $85 for scheduled girls. Then house girl rate begins at $95. I have no clue about freelancers during home game nights. My friend is a freelancer and worked last Saturday for the Tigers game. She said she was on the floor before 9pm and paid $150 tip out. Another friend who is a house girl comes in at the same time as me and pays the same rate I do. The manager does that for the house girls. I think it simplifies the work he has to do for tip out because he can get really busy sometimes.

I also worked at Scores in Detroit when it first opened. They were doing a free tip out promo to get girls to work. Now they are charging $80 for both day and night shifts. No split shifts there either.

30 3x per week. 10%. 3 dollars on each VIP dance. 35 dollars for each half hour in the half hour room. We do not pay 10% on the money we keep from the half hour room.

    39-59 a night depending on day/shift. 5 to house mom. 3 to ea bouncer (12+), 10 to 15 DJ, 3 to valet.
Not complaining. Only time I didn't pay house is when I did one stage set then absolutely had to leave work. First time I've ever not finished my shift but it was understood I wouldn't pay house considering I didn't sell a single dance, just went on stage then left.
I've seen girls be fired and still had to pay lol

I hate it when clubs have random amounts of money as their house fees. I think the last club I danced in had a house fee of $29 day shift or something. I have a theory that clubs do that to make the dancer feel like the club actually calculated that amount rather than using a random number.

If you are a scheduled dancer it is $20 if you come in between 8pm and 10pm, $40 between 10pm and midnight. Guest dancers (travelers or ladies that are on roster but come in whenever they want) pay $40. Club keeps 25% from dances ($20, so I keep $15) and champagne rooms ($100 and $200 for half an hour, I keep $75 and $150). No mandatory tipping to any staff.

It depends on the shift, but there are some as high as $200 at one of my clubs. YIKES! The good thing is that there aren't house fees during day or mid shift, which encourages girls to work day

I think that the house fee should be related to the amount of dances we do, but with a top limit. In Tokyo it was around $40 to start and then it went up depending on the amount of dances but it was never more than $120, so maybe more than 20 dances, but after that everything was yours, I think that is fair and also very motivating. In the UK house fees can be very high and there are not really any guarantees because sometimes the club is dead, that is very stressful. Imagine having to pay £100 and walk home with £20, that's just depressing. Or the clubs that charge house fee PLUS percentage on the dances...I think they need to chose one! I wish there were some sort of regulations, because many club owners can also decide to fine you if they feel like it.

no house fee, but $5 per $20 dance and $100 for a $225 VIP (30min), and $50 for a $125 VIP (15min). i like it this way because if the house doesn't get people through the door, they're not making $$$ which makes them want to present a good club/atmosphere. if i don't make money, i don't pay shit. if i do though, then yes, i pay a lot, but you can always ask for tips to make up for it. they also don't take any stage money.
