Default dancer shoes that look like civilan heels?

For the life of me, i cannot wear civilian heels for more than an hour without extreme pain. but i can dance all night long in my stripper shoes and my feet feel fine in them. so I was wondering if anyone knew of any open toed, platform dancer shoes that look like they could pass as regular heels for date nights, going out with friends, etc and not be obvious that i'm wearing stripper heels?

    www.ellieshoes.com

It's just the e-catalog, but it's a starting place to find a style you like.

Considering that I'm super short and therefor in love with the platform craze in the last few years, plus my "unique" sense of style, the line for stripper/civvy is very blurred for me. If it's not lucite and is 7 inches or less, I call plausible deniability.
Exotic dancing is like any other job.
If you work in an office, you wear dress shoes and a suit.
If you work in a restaraunt, you wear skid resistant shoes and a uniform.
If you work in a strip club, you wear 7" stilettos and lycra g-strings.
