Anyway take care thinking of you

Thanks babe!
I didn't go to the doc in person, but called my bro (who's a nurse) and he told me to do what grandpa used to do for his stones: green tea with lemon juice. It seems I'm predisposed to have them. I don't know why I didn't think about my gramp's old remedy...

Drink more water regularly so that the urine is not so concentrated to cause stones to develop.
If you pour a little bit of salt into a cup of water, the salt will dissolve completely. As you pour more and more salt, you reach the saturation point at which it won't dissolve. Similarly, when you don't drink enough water, dissolved calcium will precipitate to form a solid calcium stone, or other type of stone.

i've always been terrified of getting those, but never gotten one..my mind can't conceive of anything more painful than giving birth, so my sympathies are with you..ouch. don't you have to get a catheter in order to pass it? *shiver*

Had one recently. Apparently some are worse than others.

Yea, I forgot to say, drink more water hon. Watermelon, too supposed to be good. I had a remedy for this too, forgot but it involved watermelon.
