Has anyone worked there who can tell me what it's like?

I only heard about a new Gold Club opening in San Jose last night. I'm curious too.
Any updates?

Worked there for a few months on & off. the manager is a real bitch & requires a minimum 3 day per week schedule. She is also a bully & likes to verbally abuse the girls working there by either scolding them for "doing something wrong in her eyes" or just blaming them for not making any money that night. She has this sick mentality that it's the girls' fault that the club is constantly mostly dead. You can't pick any music or song you want really bc the DJ there has it on autoplay & is super lazy but yet STILL expects a tip even if you make nothing & will talk shit about you regardless if you tip him or not. It's probably the worst & most miserable club I've ever worked in in all my years of dancing. Most if not all of the girls are super catty & try to hog the one or 3 customers in there at once & will talk shit at you or about you to one another if you even try to hustle for a dance from them if they've been talking to them at all. The girls there don't know what the hell they are doing & will sit & chat with the few guys that come in for hours on end sometimes the whole night for free. When I worked there I had a rough time bc I was more curvy & had a more full shape than most of the other girls working there so I never made anything on stage. The stage is a joke period there, you're better off just hustling for dances. There is ZERO contact in this club & althought i've seen a 2 sec grind lapdance from one of the other girls there given to a guy, they're always usually yelled at by the manager at the end of the night or in my case got yelled at & she ended the VIP bc she thought my customer was lying down on the couch LOL well need less to say this club has an expiration date. Only work here if you are desperate for a place in the Bay Area but def look for greener pastures. People coming in off the street were always saying what a joke the place is & how it's the worst club they've ever been to.
