I've decided to join this thread, as I have some body goals that I too would like to work on. I want to lose about a pound a week (I pole and do crossfit). I am currently about 150 pounds and 5'4, so I'd like to be in the region of 130 of lean, toned muscle, along with some remaining curves of course![]()
I have a diet and exercise plan, I just need to stick to it. I will take a proper pic later and post it, as all the pics I have are more on the sexy side so they don't show what I look like that well.
