I can't believe I'm going to contribute to this thread but i need to lose weight. I've always been between 11-113( the last 6 years since i got off the pill) I'm 124 now. I know its because I've had bad depression and i'm taking anti depressants not to mention i broke my wrist so all I've been doing is eating boxes of cheezits, goldfish and chocolate every night. So I need to lose 10 pounds.
[I] I guess no more junk and I need to go make myself go to the gym even though I can barely get out of bed. I just don't have a taste for healthy foods. Any ideas on food that I can eat that are easy( I don't cook) that will taste good not all healthy. I wish I liked healthy stuff but i'd rather eat cookies than a healthy meal.
