Weighed myself this morning, I'm down 5 lbs! (Still have boobs too) When I was changing last night one of the girls said I looked like I had lost weight and I thought it was my spray tan. Tan always makes me skinny. I also think it's just because my never ending period, finally ended. But I'll take it. No matter what I have more motivation to get healthy now. I'll be getting some non cosmetic surgery done and want to have my body prepped.
Improvements I've made:
Cut back on my alcohol intake by eliminating shots! It was easier to do at home, all I had to do was get rid of my bottle of liquor. At work I tipped the bartender extra to not allow me or anyone else to buy me shots.
Pre made several meals for the week. Since we cut out most processed food, it is easier to take a couple of hours and prep 1 day a week. Sometimes the prep is good for 2 weeks worth of meals. I pre cut vegetables and meats, separated in their containers (some are pre-mixed veg for specific meals),and freeze. They are ready for me to just grab, thaw, and cook for dinners. Iake 1 batch of stew/dog food for the week (yes, even the dog has to eat healthy, it's horrible) and pick 1 meal for that night's dinner that will have enough leftovers for several lunches for my hubs to bring to work and me to just toss in the microwave.
Measured my bedroom. It is big enough for a pole! So I'm researching poles and seeing if there is one I can get that won't mess up my hardwood floors.
I've only been doing yoga once or twice a week so far since I've been so sick. So I have found an easy quick-fix. There are 'dance time' segments on the channels my kids watch. So I have started joining my kids for the 3 minute burst of movement. The kids love it, and it's better than sitting on the computer.
Keep up the hard work ladies!
