    Default Thigh high boots

I am in love with thigh high boots, but I'm hesitant to drop money on them without trying them on. (The dancer stores in my area never have any) I have kind of skinny legs so I don't want to bother with bunching or falling down while dancing.

Here's where I need your help ladies. What are your favorite thigh highs?

    Thank youuuu!

I'd look for a pair w/stretch so they can fit/cling to your legs & with a zipper. Also, if you buy online, make sure you can return them. Honestly, it'd really be your best bet to find some in store to try on, somewhere since your legs are thin. I've seen regular boots made for wider calves/feet, nvr heard of any for thinner legs. Sorry I can't recommend a brand/store, the one pair I had was from a store that's now out of business, & the other was a one of kind type of thing from Nordstrom Rack. Maybe try Ebay?

I wonder if they make them with suspenders/garters?

I've always bought Pleasers, as their sizes are fairly consistent. I've always had good luck with the "Adore" boots as they have a good stretch to them. I always wear gym socks in them though- like the really nice ones with the magic fabric that wicks sweat away- I cannot imagine rocking thigh highs without them. The only issue is if your toes typically stick out over the edge of your shoe at any point, you're going to be jamming them against the front of your boot. The socks help a ton so it's doable for stage, but I'd stay away from them for general floor wear if that's the case.

These ones are good because you can "belt" them as loose or as tightly as you need to. (obvs not the 10" version if you're not looking for that high, that was the only one that showed up on their site) : http://www.pleaserusa.com/ProductDet...EY3028%2FB%2FM
