Wondering if there's a tutorial somewhere on the interwebs
I tried to search here but it's possible I searched unhelpful terms? I'm starting over with cam and want to get started with great photos. Is a mirror pretty much necessary?

Keep in mind, it's a number's game! Even professional photographers will take 200+ pictures in one session, and they may only find a handful of quality shots in the mix. The best strategy I've found is to just commit to taking photos for at least a full hour or two and not getting down about the 'bad' shots. You just have to keep mixing it up and trying new things - new angles, new lighting, play around with facial expressions and outfits, etc. Remember to stay away from direct lighting because it creates harsh shadows. It's generally a good idea to have the camera located slightly above where you are - this helps avoid double chins and whatnot. Keep your backgrounds very simple, but don't take photos where you're up against a wall (tends to look very amateur). Definitely put on some music that makes you happy. Maybe even have a glass of wine to make it more fun!
After you've taken lots of photos, go through them and try to figure out why you like certain pictures better than others. You'll start to figure out what works for you and what doesn't, which will help in future shoots. I would also search around for pictures of cam models and figure out why you like their photos - what did they do with their backgrounds, with their outfits? What gives the photos that extra sparkle that catches your eye? It's easier to evaluate other people than it is to evaluate yourself, so this is a good exercise.
Good luck!
Thank you! Wonderful and motivational advice!

What I suck at is taking sexy shower videos. The reason being is that 1) my tits are saggy as hell, and 2) I don't do all that sexy scrubbing and shit with a loofah like you see the MFC/SM models do...lol. I put the body wash in the palm of my hand and just clean myself that way. Lmao. Every time I've tried to do a shower video, it's come out looking retarded as fuck because of my saggy-ass titties. Lol.

I used to suck at taking sexy pics but I've improved... Lighting helps. So does seeing yourself. I take better pics of myself with the webcam than most "photographers" aka GWC's and even trained GWC's. LOL Lot's of good advice. I just had to take a time-dated nude selfie and those are so hard to make look good... The very first shot I took (with my webcam) was one of the best.![]()
