Never been a fan of that style, but whatever works for you.

I love 'em, I think they're REALLY cute!!!

i like them, although they will make your legs look shorter than an average stripper heel would. i still think they are cute, i kinda want a pair now. are they sweaty though?

I have a couple of ankle boot styled dance shoes. I am careful what I wear them with for the reason Simone gave. They look great with leotards that are high up the hip, it gives the illusion of a longer leg
I look great in them. I have these in gold:

And these in black:

I think they're kinda cute... I would definitely need to see them on!
not a fan. not sure why

With my black boots I wear this leotard/bodysuit, I have it in several colors:

With my gold ones I wear it with this leo but it's hard to see how nice it actually is because it's photoshopped to shit:

Also even though the American Apparel ones are meant to cover your bottom I tuck them so they look like things and wear them high. This is how you create the illusion of a longer leg.
My black boots I think were $275, they were a gift so I don't remember how much exactly. The sole got worn down to the plastic on them and they became hazardous to wear. So I got the soles and heel caps replaced for $40 and they're like new.
The leather is very comfy and there is some sweat but not anymore than the usual plastic shoes. These ankle boots are more comfortable than the standard pleasers.

Oh, I love A.Apparel..they have a store not too far from me, I need to check it out. The boot website is wholesale only? They've some hot boots on there.
