Hello SW....I need advice on ways to save energy at work. I feel that I try my best to move slowly during lap dances and to not tire myself out, but every shift without fail I sweat like a crazy woman and also am just completely dead halfway through the shift. Almost like I was just at the gym for the past 3 hours.
I see girls everywhere in my club (big club in Vegas) with nice DRY hair...but here I am over here with wet, sweaty hair, one hour into my shift. It's disgusting lol. I also get to the point where my legs feel incredibly weak and wobbly, and my lap dances get crappier and crappier as the night goes on because I'm just so exhausted and out of breath. Last night I turned down a VIP right before I clocked out because I was too tired to do it
What do you guys do to prevent this?? I go to the gym regularly already so I don't need an extra workout from work, lol. How do you keep going like the Energizer bunny for an entire shift??![]()
