    Angry Help! Facebook affiliate marketing

I know affiliate marketers use our images to promote us all of the time. But has anyone been able to successfully been able to get fake Facebook accounts closed? It uses my "fake real name" that I show on Twitter and terrible pictures of me that are all screen-capped from me streaming and not even stolen from Twitter. Guys keep showing up on Streamate's freechat thinking they've talked to me and I had assumed they saw me on a popup. But the fact that someone is taking the time to constantly update this fake Facebook is unsettling and creepy! They have a picture of a shack and say it's my house, ugh!

I reported it but Facebook said they have no evidence to close it down. Anyone have any advice to get this stupid account closed? Facebook should not be connected to my cam persona at all, that's what Twitter is for!

They're stealing your likeness. Facebook should be able to close this account for you. SEND VERY VERY ANGRY EMAILS TO THEM ABOUT IT. After all, this is a total infringment on YOUR identity even if its a psuedo. It's STILL YOU

Seeing as how some FB users love getting bent out of shape and reporting pics as "inappropriate," I'm actually a little surprised that FB is keeping your camming-related pics up. I really hope you're able to get it removed because that's terrible. Good luck.

I am experiencing the same thing right now on facebook and twitter, someone is pretending to be me.Stealing pics and updating status, but using different name. Its damaging me,because people are sending me ...let's fuck messages....and now they think my name is that name they can see on the fake profile.

I contacted Facebook about being impersonated, but that didn't work, they said they dont have enough prove and instead of that they deleted MY pictures!!!! So, i tried copyrights, did work, one of the accounts was taken down, the oother one is still there, but the person doesnt have access to it.

Same thing happened on Twitter. They never accept impersonating problems, but if you threaten them with legal action and copyrights and use the site name (in my case Lj) they block the account and they might take it all down.

yeah and whoevers doing it is making money. he would sign up for affiliate marketing, and every1 who spends on you, he gets a small percentage of what they spend. so he is chatting them up so he can make some $$ off you. report his profile to FB.

I have seen comedians do this esp with streamate models.

I follow one that does this, when I saw a sm model I hit him up putting myself out there, asked him to remove his screenshot with the image and the negative comments

    He did so. No problem

Another is a jack ass from NY, Im not sure if he is banned now but he was ruthless and he put my email smh but Id rather have my message to him saying we are very real with families with facebook lives and let his fans read that instead of gawking at homegirl.

    NOW WITH AFFILIATE MARKETING
IM NOT ON MY FB MUCH but it is linked to my tweets and most are straight to my cam.

seldom do I use the URL alone without a cam persona and it will randomly pick a models photo to display
From what it looks like it generates random free chat photos.

I was doing more research on this porn forum site...trying to figure out how to get my pictures down. Its hard because it is all in Spanish but I did the google translate to English and just noticed that it asks for a small donation from paypal to them to have it immediately removed! It says in the forum DMCA statement that, "if you are one of those impatient people to please donate a small donation from paypal to us and it will be removed within 1-6 hours max including friday, saturday, sunday and holidays!!! OMG are u fuckin serious? Mind you, i've waited a week already! WTF? And fyi...no way am I giving a donation from my fuckin paypal account..for one..it has my real fuckin name on it and those are my pictures that were stolen!!! why should I send them any money????!!!! OMG i'm soo heated right now! =(

Try to find out who is hosting them and send a DMCA to their host.

Most of these forums got smart and host off shore but still send em to the host, or if they have any sort of billing company send them to the billing company also. Another problem with most of these forums that rip porn/camshows is that they are only linking to content that is uploaded on file servers, which again, are a 50/50 hit or miss with DMCA's and being hosted off shore.

Also in regards to facebook, try sending DMCA/copyright notices. It is hard to get our likeliness/impersonation deleted by reporting someone for impersonation. Twitter is easy when it comes to copyright issues, at least in my experience.

Hotmodel, Just a heads up, reporting them to google will not get the content removed from the forums, only from search results.

I just did a test on facebook.

I reported a image on one account from another, both mine.
Image removed from facebook had to go and read TOS and check the box for the account to be unlocked.

I didnt want to go account route but the image was removed

If his/her page gets enough reports then it will be shut down. IDK how many ppl have to have

If they are using an affiliate link, contact that affiliate program and they should contact the affiliate on your behalf and have them remove the marketing. Good luck!

I made a fake FB and friended myself to see what else what there. It's tons and tons of creepy pictures of me just sitting in freechat, clearly screenshots. I've had several people report it now, but so far, no luck. I learned from twitter guys that the fake me mentions I cam in Facebook messenger after being flirty, but the profile itself just seems like the page of a slutty, narcissistic girl with no female friends. Good luck to everyone else going through this!
