So, I started dancing when I was 19 (October 2009). Worked at hard for the first year, and got really good. Started to travel, and made a lot more money. I took a year off (July 2013-May 2014), and started traveling again. I got accepted to go back to work at another club later this year.
However, the owner said I needed to work on my hustle and that he feels I'm not working as hard as the other girls. I felt a tad hurt when I heard that, but I can see where he's coming from. I think that the year off did great things for me, but also leeched my game a little. I find myself hitting a wall throughout the night, or I'll make a bunch of money and just be lazy the rest of the night.
I would love some pointers on how to revamp my game so I can be a more productive member to my clubs' teams. I know I can do this; I just need a little help creatively working it out. Thanks a bunch!!

As far as specifics go, I have really lost the "hunger." I get to work, and I just give up sometimes before the night even starts to build. I end up sitting with one or two guys all night (I usually still get dances/rooms with them), but I don't make what I *could* be making. I also find myself getting lazy with my look. Like not do my hair, or have my makeup be really basic.
