^^^ no personal experiences, but Stelara works by supressing your body's immune reaction. That's a good thing where the body's immune reactions are improper ... i.e. psoriasis, arthritis, etc. But that's a bad thing where any 'dormant' sources of potential infections are present in the body ... which are actually being held in check via the body's constant immune system action. This is why Stelara and similar drugs carry a warning about previous exposure to TB, cancer and other past conditions which could 'reawaken' when the drug supresses the body's normal immune reaction.
I would be a bit concerned that breast implants could fall into this same category of a 'dormant' source of potential infection. Stelara is a particularly long lasting drug ( 3 months ? ), which means that if any 'dormant' infections were to 'reawaken', there won't be any way to quickly shift the body's immune system back into 'high gear' to deal with that infection.

I've been on Enbrel before so I am aware of how it affects the body
