Default Streamate encoder with i3 processor?

I'm wanting to give the streamate encoder a go, but is there really any point if I only have an i3 processor? I'm wanting to upgrade, but I really can't afford it just yet...

Far from making any money, you will in fact lose money if you try. Not only that, your computer may explode.

In other words, don't worry, you'll be fine. Xx

Yeah I would just use your browser to stream until you can save up for a i5 or i7 (I recommend a i7)

Remember you can sell clips and stuff in the meantime. Build up a cliental then start streaming

There's medium and low settings for the encoder for a reason. You can definitely try it and play around. What's the worse that can happen if you try?

I am using the encoder with an i3 and it's absolutely fine. I use the medium encoder settings if I'm not doing anything else, and the low settings if I'm editing or otherwise surfing the web.

I don't even have an i3 & I use the encoder just fine... I didn't realize it could be an issue.
