bwhahahahahahaha!!!!!!!!!! Hilarious!!! You don't date a dancer, you pay her for her time. Esp when she says you're not dating and just friends, he should have clarified.

I think where she went wrong is to say, "we are friends". This implies too much in the eyes of the law. He walked in the door with a clear head and with the intention of buying a woman's attention. That's exactly what he got. To say he is a "preferred client" or someone who is paying enough on a routine basis to extend my services and play the part of a companion is much more accurate. This is no different than a web girl responding to e-mails on her time off. She does it because it's how she earns her keep and intends to continue to generate her income but only at a cost of her own terms.

If you make a loan, require the borrower to sign a promissory note. Better yet if you are not in the business of lending money, don't do it.
Hahahaha I love how he talks about her like she was his wife of ten years. "I know how stubborn she can be..."

That's absurd, lol
On a side note, is it really that common to be followed and stalked to the point where you have to move, change gyms, etc? That's terrifying...I thought that extent of it was more of a rare thing.

If the money and gifts were exchanged within the confines of the club, this is going to be a no-brainer. She was at work and he paid her for doing her job. If the money and gifts were OTC, that is going to be a different argument.

It is for women who play a game with the customer's heart. She likely had him falling in love with her by lying to him about her own feelings and maybe promising that they can be together if only she could (insert some expensive thing here: Move to a better house, go back to school, pay off some bills etc.). I've seen this played out over and over in the years I've danced. These guys are so lonely, that they are willing to believe anything this beautiful and sexy woman tells them.
If she can keep the hustle in the club, and keep the customer coming back into the club, she is legally protected. It's when strippers go OTC that things start slipping onto a gray area legally. Especially with younger men, like the one in this story.
That could be dangerous. Look at what happened to this former stripper - January Seraph
OMG, really gonna sue her for 2k!!? I mean I have heard of one being sued for like 800k but umm really how petty, he should've known what he was getting himself into by giving her $$ without having her sign anything. He needs to just take this as a lesson learned and he looks too damn old not to have learned this already, tf..
