    Default Eyebrow Help?!

So I've never been too great at making my eyebrows look good. Actually I think that I butchered them. They tend to grow really thick and curly and I plucked them pretty thin, and I always trim them short Here's a photo of how they look. I just really hate them! Anyone have any advice?

grow them out for about 2 weeks, do not touch them yourself and then go to a salon and get it done properly.

Splurge and go to a professional. Eyebrows are incredibly important and the results will be worth it.

If you have the spare money, Latisse is supposed to help grow out eyebrows as well. I think it will take more than two weeks to grow your brows out substantially. Until then, I recommend using a brow product. I really like Anastasia brow products. I've seen B&A photos of people with alopecia and trichotillomania (both causing no to highly sparse/uneven brows in many cases), and they look great with Anastasia dip brow.

you need to grow them out. go and get some castor or emu oil at your local health foods store, and apply it to your brows before you go to bed..leave them brows alone, too!! no plucking ( except in the middle so you dont get a unibrow lol) and then go to a professional and get them threaded. in the mean time fill them in. i love anastasia beverly hills for eyebrows, but at least get a good brow pencil and powder

I'd recommend just faking it until they grow back out and you can go to a professional to get them redone.

Grow them out then go to a pro but in the mean time you can use Anastasia Beverly Hills brow pomade. You can find it at sephora. Clear mascara helps with thick brows to keep hairs in place as well.

I never even touch them myself anymore since I just get it wrong. It's so cheap to have them done and totally worth it!

Eyebrows can change the entire look of your face and should only be done by a professional. Don't pluck yours anymore and fill them in for now. You could get an eyebrow pencil anywhere if you don't have one. ( I prefer MAC pencils myself) If you need guidance on how to fill, there are plenty of videos on YouTube.

Mmmhmm I'm useless when it comes to my eyebrows. Mine also get bushy and nasty when they're allowed to roam free! Lol! I get them threaded every other week for $8. I recommend that over waxing since waxing can damage your skin over time.

Yes, I hear so many good things about Anastasia, haven't yet tried..mine are the opposite, very light & sparse. I read about some brow clear mascara w/growth stuff in it. Like $110.00, but rave reviews. It's @ Sephora

I used to have the darkest, thickest brows. Like old school Brooke Sheilds brows. Then I saw a stupid movie with a trendy (at the time) actress with thin brows and plucked the heck out of mine to get the "look". They. Never. Were. The. Same.! They're grown back a bit, but not their original dark bushy glory.

However, threading and tinting once a month makes them attractive. I never, ever pluck myself unless they're in the middle. I do trim though. I use a brow gel too, not Anastsia, just something I got from Ebay.

To be honest, I've seen MUCH worse eyebrows!! And how pretty are your eyes!?!
Unlike all the above posts, I have never been to a pro for my eyebrows - I shape them myself. I am too scared of anyone else going near my face with hot wax or tweezers! I just shape them with tweezers, sometimes thread but I'm generally too lazy, and then shade them with a slightly darker brown eyeshadow so they can be seen on cam!
I've tried eyebrow pencils, but they never look natural, so I got a brown eyeshadow palette & use one that is very, VERY slightly darker, a sturdy angled make-up brush & go over them with it. On the odd ocassions I have trimmed too short, etc, the eyeshadow covers it perfectly.

Weirdly, my eyebrows are one of my most complimented features when I'm camming!
