Thank you!

Flagged it Hun. Good luck
I have flagged this I would suggest getting on the phone and calling them directly and informing them that legal action will be taken if the video is not removed. I would also directly contact the poster and inform him that if he does not remove the video that you will be seeking legal retribution, a consult with a lawyer and a strongly worded letter from a lawyer would also expedite the removal of the video. It looks as though you aren't the only person who has been posted on this site.
This is what I would write directly to the moron who posted these. It may be a good idea to have a lawyer review this before contacting him directly.
"The videos that you have uploaded are unauthorized and you have been reported to youtube, the models have been advised to seek legal action against you for both invasion of privacy and copyright infringement. The penalties for these crimes range from heavy fines to jail time. It would be in your best interests to remove all unauthorized material. Additionally the companies that facilitate these services have been notified in an effort to have the videos removed based on copyright infringement."

It looks like right on YouTube there's a way to report it for copyright infringement.

^^^ perhaps a word of caution prior to contacting the 'moron' with threats of legal action for copyright infringement.
In many cases these days, the terms of the webcam host's 'contract' with the camgirl actually establishes the webcam host ( and not the camgirl ) as the copyright owner. As such, from a strict legal standpoint, copyright infringement actions, and copyright infringement based 'takedown' requests, originating from a camgirl who does not actually own the copyright may not prompt much action. Also, from a strict legal standpoint, webcam pics or videos fall under the heading of 'public performances', and do not carry an expectation of 'privacy'.
Flagged it, good luck in having it removed.

Reported. Can't believe he put you on youtube.

https://www.youtube.com/reportabuse
you need thousands of flags to get shit taken off of you tube. save your energy
Go to the link and report him for impersonation. They will take down the video (and sometimes close the account) every time. That particular video will become tagged and he can never upload it again.

Flag it as child endangerment.
I flagged it, good luck.

Um it's an affiliate. They are aloud to post these videos.
How do I know? If you read the about me it's obviously for advertisement. It's a glowing review.
"See the tiny tattooed love girl here, live- affiliate link
She is very sexy, very into it, and full of charisma. Cute and sexy would perfectly describe her. I enjoyed my time with her very much."
It doesn't read like ones posted maliciously. They rarely post your camname and replace your name with some degrading one. They link an affiliate page with your profile. They are bringing you traffic. 567 people viewed at that video, you probably got a few shows from these. Keep them. I have found several of me. All 4 that I've found have over 3,000 views. Those 3,000 views are all potential sales. I have people tell me they've found a video of me on youtube, and turn into fantastic regs.
Not every video of us out there are by some loser who wants to destroy you. Its the ones that bring us the money. We signed permission for the site to use our image for advertisement. These are positive. If you don't want to be recorded, stop camming. The site sells video of you to affiliates that then use those clips from your goldshow or private to bring in other customers. With tube sites, this is how camsites do to compete with them.
Reporting it is stupid. You are basically blocking any potential custies from finding you!
I agree that this is prob from an affiliate. BUT I went ahead an reported it bc the BB doesn't want it online. I know what it feels like to be exploited. While I think this video is actually positive about the camgirl, I think she should be able to get it taken down if SHE wants it offline. Just my 2 cents. Good luck girl.![]()

I did file a copyright infringement but youtube hasn't responded. Streamate said they did as well.
I
Understand that it's an affiliate but it's not a good video! It's not even accurate- I don't even have brown hair anymore. The quality is shit- I think it would discourage people than anything.
Thank you everybody for your input.

I guess I came to late, I have no idea what you guys are talking about!..lol

You might also want secretwebcamchick to take your name out of her quote if you dont want your webcam name on SW. ^^^
