^^^ Thanks to the Duke Lacrosse case, the Dominic Stauss Khan case, etc., this is guaranteed to be viewed as an attempted money grab from a rich well connected guy by a 'sex' worker regardless of the actual facts and details. The news stories already make reference to this !!!
Unless by some seemingly 'impossible' means this case is decided in favor of the 'stripper' ( video of the actual sexual assault ? ), the resulting publicity will only serve to add to the growing public impression that 'sex' workers are never actual victims of rape / sexual assault ... but are instead 'gold-diggers' attempting to use bogus charges to 'extort' additional money out of deep-pocket former 'customers'.
What do you call members of the general public who believe such media induced misconceptions ??? --- The Jury !!!

I think the 5 year delay makes it look like a money grab
If something is just a money grab, then the person is a dirtbag, no matter their vocation

Or she could just be a disgruntled Cowboys fan!

Cowboys fans should have sued a long time ago. Turns out that not just anyone can coach those guys to a Super Bowl championship.

So true. I just saw a woman on "DateLine NBC" who got sent to prison for 15 years- the jury knew all about her past as a private dancer & seemed to hold it against her : (
lol @ Zofia's joke.
As I recall, the Cowboys in their heyday were proud of being cretins- I'm not so sure these allegations are going anywhere. See how disgusting the Penn State debacle was, and the victims were just little kids...yuck
