Default Payoneer - really need an answer to this q but support dont reply...

    Hi ladies,
Im setting up a new bank account (with my current bank) purely for my earnings to be paid into by payoneer. My bank require SO much information about what the acc is used for etc, i guess to prevent money laundering and fraud. Anyway, the two things i cant seem to find are :

    - When payoneer (the company) makes a payment to me via global bank transfer, is the transfer in USD or GBP? And does this transfer originate from within the UK or somewhere else, if so where? (ie the US).
    - Where is the company payoneer located? Ie US/UK/etc.

Is anyone able to shed some light? So sorry to ask this here, but ive emailed support multiple times over the last week and never had a response, cant find it in their FAQ documents or my account, and live chat seems to never be available and redirects me to the email form which they dont reply to! Any help would be great please as ive had to keep upping my payout limit with SM as my new account isnt set up yet! -.-

    Thank you

Yah payoneer support is seriously lacking.... to put it nicely.

I'm not 100% on this BUT from their support page I found:

Can I select the currency for my payment transfers?
Yes, the Global Bank Transfer service supports over 70 currencies. You will be able to choose your currency during the one-time registration process.

Their WIKI page says: headquartered in New York City with offices in Tel Aviv, Israel.

So I'm not sure where the actual bank is located that does the transfers. I haven't seen any foreign transaction fees on my bank account so I am assuming their bank is located within the US.

    Hope that helps some!
    xoxo ~ Sarah
