Hi,
I'm new here so have no idea if this is in the right place or not!
I've been modelling off and on for a while and camming for about 2yrs. I recently started selling digital content again and have been promoting it on my social networks.
Last week I had a guy email me asking about some pics & vids. He paid me for a small amount of photos, which I received via PayPal. He was happy with what he received (stated so in his email too) so we arranged for him to purchase more. Again, he sent the money via PayPal and emailed to confirm he had received the content.
He paid a third time, through PayPal like before and again I received confirmation he had got all the content through email. (I've kept every single email between us, always do in case something like this pops up)
About 20mins after he received the 3rd bunch of content I received a flurry of emails from PayPal telling me I had payment reversals and disputes to respond to. In the response I explained how I had correspondence between us where he confirms he received the content, I also copied and pasted some of them, but PayPal decided to give him his money back.
So now I owe a fair amount to PayPal and he has a load of my content that he hasn't actually paid for.
I plan on calling PayPal tomorrow to see if there is anything I can do to try and sort this out but wondered if anyone had any sort of advice? I've never had this kind of thing happen before so I'm not too sure what I should or shouldn't be doing. Is there any way to stop him posting this content?
To top it off, he just emailed enquiring about purchasing more pics!!
Any advice would be really appreciated!
Sara x
