Here's a great thread on going sober while staying in the industry: https://www.stripperweb.com/forum/sh...n-the-industry

And here's a huge thread on breast augmentations: https://www.stripperweb.com/forum/sh...t-Augmentation This topic has been covered a ton on here, so if you just browse/search, you'll find even more.

can't really answer your surgery question because i'm not really qualified and never had a BA, i'm sure other girls can chime in.
with losing the weight, you just need to control your portions, and get rid of processed sugars. eliminate sodas, candy, sweets, and alcohol. drink lots of water and green tea. incorporate chia seeds and GOOD fats into your diet.. the chia seeds help block calorie absorption and the good fats ( avocado, nuts, wild salmon) will actually help you shed the pounds. i have also had great luck with hemp seeds and hemp oil, its an AMAZING superfood that balances hormones and activates the CBD 1 and 2 receptors which are all over your body and they've recently discovered that these receptors are responsible for our overall healing and health. since incorporating these into my diet my skin is clear and glowing up and i've been able to shed a lot of flab.
a lot of people including my mother, have had great luck with the paleo diet. i'd start out with 80/20 til you get used to it. she managed to drop 20 or 30 pounds she had been holding onto for years. i'm attempting to go full paleo in a bit.
i'd do weight training as well

I gained 30 llbs post BA because all I did was eat, shit and sleep. You want to lose weight you have to buckle down and show some self discipline. What feels better? Fast food or knowing that you made a healthy choice for later on down the road? And you're not going to drop those 30 llbs in a short amount of time. It took me 2 years to lose 30 llbs.
If you really want it your results will reflect your effort.

Í have lost 10 pounds so far and have another 10 to go.

I tackle on food issue at a time. Over time that adds up really quickly.

You can get healthy take away - just search hard and go through the menus. I found a couple of places in my area.

My big challenge now is to stop buying junk food. I can always find a reason or an excuse why I 'need' it. But if i buy, it I eat it.

For me it's simple. Long term results or short term satisfaction. Do I want a banging ass body or crap food? Mind over matter.

Try food / exercise journaling. They have apps like myfitnesspal.

Don't let you get yourself down! You have to shake it off. Of course, alcohol is a great way to do that-but you are feeding the problem. If you are healthy during the day and then drink too much at work then you are undoing the effort you have put in with exercise and eating clean. It becomes a vicious cycle . Go someone quiet, like the bathroom, look in the mirror, take a moment breath and know you can do this-psyche yourself into a good place. Stop comparing yourself to other's and remind yourself that you are making changes and striving towards what you want (it takes time-hang in there). Mentally reassuring yourself helps .

Alcohol is really caloric and it makes you not care what you eat. I bet you would lose weight if you did nothing more than stop drinking at work.
