So I work 12 hour graveyard shifts. By the time I get home shower take the dog out ect it's time for bed.
When I wake up I can't eat breakfast I have never been one who can eat when I wake up.
Then I go to work and I have no refrigerator or microwave ect. So I can't bring lunch.
Then when I get home I'm starving and I try not to eat before bed but I feel like it's the only time I can.
If I don't I find myself not eating for days.
Does anyone have this problem ?
I believe it's the cause of my weight gain added to the stress. ?
I also can't seem to find time to work out ? Any ideas or tips ?
