Default nutrient let recipes for the small cup.

I am looking for recipes that don't have any nuts, almonds ect.
That don't taste bad that can be made in the small cup because I can't do the big one. Do you recommend it for meal replacement

I'm sorry, what do you mean by small cup? What exactly is your question?

    A small chefs salad?
Honestly I think you're leaving something out.

Seems like I can think of a million more recipes that do not have nuts than I can with nuts.

    Now that's thinking green!

Yea, Idk either. Like I said prev. maybe ask a nutritionalist, go to Whole Foods, Vitamin Shoppe, health food store, etc. Trader Joe's has various printouts for different diets in store. WF has free monthly magazines in store w/recipes. They have a web site, prob. on there too.
