“After she tried to climb out of the corporate box’s window, completely naked, police stepped in.”
“Refusing to go down without a fight she abused, hit out at, and bit police.
“F--k off, I don’t have to tell you anything. You f---ing retard,” she yelled before hitting one officer in the face.”
“Police called for back-up before another officer was attacked with a high heel and a third bites on the finger.”
“McCartney was fined $300 without conviction.”

It appears she got off light.
^ strike out at three policemen = $300. $100 each seems to be a going rate. The stripping was free.
I wonder what the result would have been in other locations?

Well if she had been a black teenager she would've been shot about 300 times.
"Well done. Here are the test results: You are a horrible person. I'm serious, that's what it says: 'A horrible person.' We weren't even testing for that."

Exactly jay2. There was absolutely no cause to go down that road.
And I agree with others who said that she got off light. It is good to see some reasonableness come into play in a justice system, even if it was in Australia rather than here. Here in the States, we are way too quick to throw someone in jail for minor and/or one-off mistakes.

Assaulting a public servant would be a third degree felony, with a sentence of two to ten years.

I loved going to strip clubs; I actually made some friends there. Now things are different for the clubs and for me. As a result I am not as happy.
Customers are not entitled to grope, disrespect, or rob strippers. This is their job, not their hobby, and they all need income. Clubs are not just some erotic show for guys to view while drinking.
NOTE: anything I post here, outside of a direct quote, is my opinion only, which I am entitled to. Take it for what you estimate it is worth.

That is the statute in my jurisdiction.

Might be able to plead it out as disorderly conduct.
