I just woke up from a nap on my day off to two new members. :-D
One of them is from Streamate. On my "fan list" page it shows next rebill date as "Not available yet". Also on my Streamate dashboard I don't have income showing for it. When I go to my "Club members" it shows no data. How long does it take for something to show up?
Hi Vlodina. we don't necessarily get the data from SM on rebills. The payment happened through them and your payment for this member will also come in their payout.

I also had the ghost SM employee, TrevorD

That explains it and I guess it got connected today. Sad face! I have the same guy.
Thanks Ivy xx
For some reason I can't see the "join my site" button on anyone's profile. Would one of you lovely ladies check if it's showing for you?

After I logged into my custie account, it showed up for me on your profile.

My only explanation for not being able to see it is that my customer account for some reason owes $2 and so far I haven't updated my information, as that involved me dealing with support.
Sorry not sure to how I missed these discussions, but just wanted to post an update that 1) the user needs to have many on his account to see the button. 2) the button is now available in your profile whether you are offline or online, but only to those who have on their account enough money to actually join the site.

I've got to do more reading on this, but I have my own website and was wondering if I made a page for this if my MC feed could just show up on my website? Can I have it integrated on my personal website or no?
@MistressX, is your website a paysite though? Does it have a membership option? Some models use MC to power the paid areas of their websites, and keep their blog/info pages with other links as well. However, ModelCentro is essentially a full blown website CMS, so you could set up a fully functional website on it and run it easily. I'll be happy to send over more info via email. Please hit me up to natalie at modelcentro.com and I'll send you examples and answer any questions you might have.

Sorry to bump a super old thread but I didn't want to start a new one if we had a perfectly good old one still kicking around.
I am just checking with the people who use MC if they are using the ESS option for Streamate?
There are a few models that aren't on SW that use SM for their live shows - either because they don't want to bother to re-set their settings or because they use it to cross-promote for their followers on MC/SM. Tanya Tate used the ESS for sure (I helped her test it out to make sure it works before the first weekly show for members). And some MC models who have had issues with the MC's show plugin or didn't want to touch the settings of their main shows location (if it's SM), also do it via the ESS. Of course, now that MC shows are finally in HD, many more people are moving to using them vs SM ESS for their weekly/monthly live shows to site members.

My experience with the SM and MC fansite link is only a small percentage of guys see the Join My Site button. They have to be on SM not an associate site. They also have to have a credit card linked and have credits in order for the button to show. My room members have forwarded messages from SM support to me and the Team will not even know I have a fansite linked, so sometimes customer service can be an issue. If communication could tighten up I would have many more subscribers but the issue with not seeing the button and customer support not being supportive loses the sale a lot of the time. They just keep seeing me in my room talking about all this bomb new content and join my site! Dead end on how to actually do it though

This explains a lot. I posted in the other thread about my yellow banner not appearing for logged in customers as well. I didn't realize that if they come from a network site it doesn't show at all. When you say credits what do you mean? My last customer account required me to enter money onto my account. $25 SM wanted from me. Is this how works for all customers now instead of pulling the money from the card on file?

I have received numerous SM support emails about this and to be honest, They've confused me.
I know this for sure:
• Join My Site only shows up on SM
• major credit must be linked
• custies have to have gold preloaded onto their account that is at least the amount of your MC subscription
• SM support often gets MC fan sites confused for gold club, which is different I believe.
When these things align I *think* custies can see it and join. Over 50% custies are on another platform and cannot see it so you really have to get these variables right or it will confuse you SM and potential custie
Been doing some research since I'm thinking about coming back to Streamate. Didn't know about this. I would love a site, more importantly, a blog. Definitely looking into this!
You can see more info on the HD settings on MC via the February New Feature Digest - http://community.modelcentro.com/ind...-s-day-edition (I think it's the second thing on there)
Let me know if you need help with setup @LadyCoco!
We have continuously brought up matters with SM on how to improve the amount of people who get the button. The standpoint is - if the button won't work to join your website, there's no point showing it to them (like with payment options that don't work). We have progressed to 1)showing the button when live or offline and 2) showing the button on affiliate sites (again for those who can be billed successfully).
As to the support - that has improved greatly since we did demos and explanations with their support team a few months ago.

My sm customer account can be billed just fine (just tipped a model a few days ago and joined gold shows in the past month) and I don't see the join my site buttons for anyone(including my own), on SM or affiliate sites. As such, I've stopped promoting it because it just leads to confused guys.
I have a stupid question. So is the HD show for MC members only and the external show for SM?
I am currently confused.
I rather not have to use SM ESS if possible so is the HD show stuff outside of that?
Oh no, now we have internal functionality that lets you stream HD. So, you don't have to connect SM to stream live shows in HD. It's just done via a program, not the browser (because browser broadcasts are very limited, as I'm sure everyone who cams knows).

I was just checking this out. It seems so complicated! argh but I want to make it work.
any updates on this from models who integrated it?
