The Short Version: Describe your ideal club
I have been looking for ways to make money work for me. As a retired dancer, it occurred to me that most (if not all) of the ~10 clubs I worked at over my career were:
1. Run by men
2. Could have been run much better if they had given a rats ass what was important to their girls or even the customers. It seems like creating work conditions that don't suck to retain your dancers would be an obvious part of running a business, but from my experience not so much.
So maybe that's the investment opportunity. I'm working on a business plan now and would love to get your opinion on:
1. An ideal club
2. Areas for improvement in your club(s)
3. Does anyone work for a club that is owned by a woman, especially a former dancer?
Thank you, Ladies!!!!
