Default Camming - Can children be heard as long as they're not seen?

I have new neighbors that just moved in. Apparently, they have a ton of kids, and they intend to let them play in the street in front of my house for hours. I have sound-reducing curtains, but these are small children that scream really loudly all the time, and you can definitely hear them. I have reason to believe that the parents won't take kindly to me asking them to keep the kids away from my house.

So, is it ok to cam if there are children slightly audible in the background? I'm mainly asking from the perspective of the sites' rules and the customers (I may be a terrible person, but I don't give a shit about what the kids may overhear from me camming, which would probably be minimal anyway).

I don't think it's against any TOS for them to be audible, but it's probably going to be a bit of a buzz kill for customers trying to get off to you. Maybe play music?

Depending on ur cam it should reduce outside noise or other noises other than urs . I also use lots of fans bathroom fans...stovetop air thingy lol on highest and all that makes it so hard to hear anything else.. Blinds out other noises

Try to drown out the sound as best you can. If anyone asks what the noise is...I'd just tell them it's the tv in the next room or something. Just don't mention they are children and you should be okay.

I'm in the same boat, all the houses in my neighborhood are getting young families with screamin' kids. The old people be dying and a new wave is coming in.

The best way to drown the sound out is music. Your microphone will pick up the closest soundwaves.

I really feel for you, and know a little bit of what you're going through. It's hard to cam when right outside your door you can hear a few kids shouting. Very frustrating, and then you worry that your viewers will hear it and ask "Who's that?," etc. I agree...total buzz kill. And I definitely agree that you should play music or something to drown out the sound.
