but in its already known that guns can cause a variety of accidents, even when ppl know how to use them. but in many cases, by people who find the gun at home, as for kids.
i would never have a gun at home and if i did, i would make sure i took lessons on how to use them propperly.

Having guns is a huge responsibility If one can't take guns seriously, he/she should not have guns.

yes, but also a lot of accidents happen because ppl dont have the ability to use a gun. If u have a gun, u should know how to use it propperly. A lot of kids specially get hurt because they find the gun or whatever and even adults who hold a gun at home for protection but dont know how to use it.

I think there is already a "hotties with guns" thread around here somewhere....

The truth is, I am also scared of guns. But something about them also turns me on, and I can't explain why.....maybe I'm fucked in the head?

I don't own a gun and never have. But a sexy guy (or girl) who knows how to use one....omfg.....

I was so happy you were joking, I so love squirrels-I had to pay 700 total to get away with presenting a fake insurance car for a car that was scrapped at the time of the trial and seeing this fat black and gray squirrel made it totally worth it.

Very true. Every home, every family has multiple guns. Little kids learn to use them. My dad was into fishing only not a hunting so we didn't have any guns. I know my uncle has a carry license.

I think guns are like phallic symbols. Some of them have nice long thick barrels, they can be shiny and attract your attention, and most of all they are powerful.

And to see a hot person holding one......yeah I could see how the whole thing could totally be a turn on

Inanimate objects do not CAUSE accidents. Machines can be powerful objects, whether they are automobiles airplanes, chainsaws kitchen appliances (http://www.thedailymeal.com/cook/10-...deshow/slide-1 ) or firearms. None of them do anything by themselves. It is only their improper use that causes accidents. This is not complicated. The Ten Commandments of Firearms Safety have been around a long time. https://www.google.com/?gws_rd=ssl#q...irearms+safety

They have even been simplified to four rules.
    The Four Rules
1.All guns are always loaded. (Treat them so!)
2.Never point the gun at anything you are not willing to destroy.
3.Keep your finger off the trigger until your sights are on target (and you have made the decision to shoot).
4.Be sure of your target and what is beyond it.
    https://www.corneredcat.com/article/...he-four-rules/

You are correct, you should have instruction in safety and marksmanship. Sometimes some of us forget there actually are people who have not.

    ^^^^number 3 rings a bell for me

I watched first 48 yesterday and this young guy went to prison for life for "accidentally" killing his stepfather who raised him with an aka 47. Killed stepfather in his own home over a petty argument that escalated.

When he confessed to the murder, he admitted his stepfather was like "what you gonna do son, you gonna shoot me in my own home?" I think he was trying to make him realize how dumb he was acting. But calling his bluff backfired. Young dude raise the gun aimed at his step dad to scare him and make him back down. But the dude said when he aimed, his finger was on the trigger (like second nature) and the gun went off. Once he realized his mistake it was too late. No one is surviving a shot from that kind of gun.

    So sad.

One and two should also, given the example you cited.

If I pick up anything with a trigger like mechanism such as an electric drill I keep my finger off the trigger. I didn't ever realize I do this until one day I was using the drill and noticed I was exercising safe firearms practices with it.

^^^I've been staring at both figures for about 5 minutes. The movement is the same, the only difference is the placement of the spring. Is that what I'm looking at?

You know slowpoke, when you get us our big ranch and we move in together, you can do all the hunting. I'll be getting a tan on the sundeck by the pool.
