Hard to even get out of bed, feelings of depression set in...

Feelings of stress, fear, anxiety, worthlessness, etc. begin to take hold of your mind...

You just don't want to be in that environment again. You dread being in a club.

You just want to say "fuck it, I don't want to dance anymore."

But, it's okay. You just need to take some time off. It's okay to take 2 or 3 weeks off. Or however long you need. Take 6 months off if you need to!

You need time to recover from emotional/ mental damage and physical wear and tear. You need your soul to take some R&R. Remember, you are a spirit in a physical body. You are more than just your body. You need to take time to reconnect with your inner self.

Stay home, do something good for yourself. Don't beat yourself up, because that leads to an even more downward spiral that's hard to get out of...

Your life has its ups and downs...like tidal waves rolling in and then, pulling back. It's natural, and it's okay. The universe operates on the push and pull model. Darkness and light. Electrons and protons. Everything has balance. So, life is not supposed to go smoothly 100% of the time. Chaos is meant to exist. EMBRACE the chaos.

Black holes exist! So, it's okay to exist as you are! Black holes are CRAZY, they break down laws of nature. They are completely irrational and unpredictable and intimidating as hell. So, it's okay to be a force of nature. It's okay to reclaim your power and energy back after you have taken time off.

Burn-out is just nature's way of telling you that you need to recharge. Take some time off, and recharge. The magic will come back. Just let it happen...

After a while, you'll start missing the club. You'll miss dancing and feeling sexy and making money doing it. You will miss that rush you get when you realize you banked.

It's okay to go back to the club. Just ROCK IT! Think of your favorite thing about being at the club. Is it the thought of getting cash money thrown at you all night? Is it talking with someone interesting and having a drink? Is it stage dancing? Or do you like just getting all prettied up and walk in heels just because you're a goddess like Aphrodite...

Whatever your happy thought (your favorite thing about dancing) focus on just THAT thought only. Nothing else. Don't focus on anything stress related. Don't worry about anything else. Just focus on whatever your happy thought is. Hold on to that thought...

Get ready, put your makeup on, start your routine. Do it one day soon, and be HAPPY about it! The entire time you are getting ready, just keep focusing on that happy thought only. Go with the motions until you are in your car and driving to the club. Put on some good music to make you feel good while driving.

Then arrive at the club. Take a deep breath. You are here, so you might as well go in. Just relax. You don't have to do ANYTHING. Just sit there at the bar if you want. Watch other girls dance. Get in the mood. Work yourself up to it. It's okay to take your time. As soon as you see someone who you feel you can be comfortable with, just sit down and smile and say "how are you tonight, sexy?" Before you know it, you're in the swing of things again!

Reward yourself for going in by doing something spectacular or buying something that makes you happy. Just keep yourself going, and pace yourself. Take care of yourself.
