Apparently, a New York restaurant which is experiencing a high frequency of negative online reviews ... mostly complaints about 'slow' service .... brought in a consultant to try to find ways to improve. After coming up 'empty' in regard to significant improvement possibilities, the consultant suggested that the restaurant review it's recent security tapes vs older security tapes to try to find out what had 'changed' to cause the 'slow' service. The results of that review are entertaining to say the least !
