I think this is extremely sad and I see why some girls don't trust working under other cam girls.

Just some of my opinions.
I feel fortunate that we have this forum to share and freely discuss new opportunities, critique them, and learn from each other while we go about this very difficult industry we're engaged in. However, we should all be able go about our business without name calling and swearing at each other.
Many of us have issues with the studio, and hopefully they will be resolved. In the meantime, let's be kind.

I see it the opposite way to be honest. 99 percent of the performers under the studio are amazing. When there was an issue they were kind and understanding and 100 percent professional. The other 1 percent chose to send messages cussing from the first word, coming on here and cussing and acting really out of line. Issues happen, that's just a fact. I have tried to handle them and I think because I cam I fought harder to get performers hired and on hourly. I dont think a non cam performer would care about some of these issues to be honest. So I dont think it matters if a cam performer ran the studio or not, they would go off on whoever ran it. Before I had a studio I heard people talk about cam performers being difficult and rude and I always thought they were just being dicks. Now I realize some performers really do lash out and act unprofessional off the bat.
Ok I get that but I still think you need to own your shit and realize you didn't handle the situation in the most professional manner. No matter what industry you work in you will deal with irrational people. You have learn to work with those personalities and understand when it comes to our money and working with a new company people will react in a way that might piss you off but you should never come in here with that type of response imo.

I do own my shit. I think I did handle it pretty well and no, no one in this industry would allow anyone to cuss at them like that. They would fire that performer and make sure to blacklist them with other companies. Respect works both ways and once you act like that you don't deserve respect.
My job is to run a studio, not have people try to abuse me and than blackmail me. Im sorry but I am not going to tolerate that from anyone and I don't expect anyone to tolerate that. I used to share your opinion until I started running a Streamate studio and realized no matter how well you treat some performers, they will still try to walk all over you. Work on it from the other side and then come on here and tell me what you think.
Smh anyway I hope you girls get the money that's owed to you and move on/ learn from this.
Some people just need to leave this thread and go change their tampons. If you have a serious problem with this site, fine. Don't work there and don't come up in here like you know what you're talking about. While there have been problems, I found that as long as I talked to Jane about them like a normal human being instead of an entitled asshole she would go out of her way to figure things out for me. The site may have problems but they're working out glitches every single day and when people expect immediate gratification from anything in life, not just a starting website, they are bound to encounter severe disappointment. That is just no way to live. Instead of freaking out when shit hits the fan try thinking it over in your head a little, let the argument play over and over in there until it's ready to come out clearly and respectfully. And remember you have to give respect in order to earn it. SMFH

That is really rude.
I started this thread so that anyone who worked on the site could discuss their experiences. Many of us have had serious problems working with Jane's studio and the site itself and have every right to do that here. Yes, of course Jane should be informed first and given the chance to work things out, but it is also important to let other people know here in this thread.

Whatever is going on between missjade and jane is between you girls. I understand that completely..
but this, oh man. I screamed at my computer "why?!"
Hunny, this is just wrong. No one is better then anyone. I don't think its professional for a studio to announce one of their model's earnings publicly and then make fun of it. "Check yourself before you wreck yourself."
That's all what I have to say, and hope everyone learns something from this.

I know, I know. I have had a Streamate studio for six years and even when there was a slight issue, I was never treated like that before. Sure they were annoyed, but they have never went to forums or sent fuck you emails. I guess instinct licked in and I was pissed. I shouldn't have done it, there's not excuse for it.
Thank you for the insight. I guess I will just have to get used to being called names and sometimes accused of stealing if the site makes a payment glitch again. That's hard to swallow but I think in time it will not bother me as much, right now it still feels like a major sting. I won't post earnings ever again and I wont respond to cussing postings either.
The only positive note is I talked to her offline and we worked things out. I think no one should post on a forum when they are pissed. You post things you shouldn't or regret saying later on.

Thank you. I am fine with people posting on here, I just wish they would email me or Skype me first and then if an issue isn't fixed come on here. I don't always have time to check on here and see whats posted. By the time I see some of these postings the performer is mad I didn't answer them back on here. I'm not always by a computer but I check my emails from my phone and I have Skype on my phone.
She isn't the one representing a studio....you are.
And if you plan on talking to camgirls on a public forum in this manner.......then I can tell you that I personally would never work for you since that was completely uncalled for. There was no reason you couldn't of addressed those details in a private manner. That is what is expected when someone is acting in a professional manner.

I know if someone was supposed to pay me on a certain day, and then changed it up on me the day of pay I'd go ape shit too. I have and I will because that's fucked up. Everyone's personality is different and you can't play with everyone's money and expect them to just be patient. I've never known payoneer to glitch up when it comes to pay, it's usually 100% the fault of company who sent it, especially when the skype conversation seems like he just didn't send it on time. You don't message someone on payday and ask them to switch payment methods she's in Hungary for shit's sake and I know it would take her forever to even get her funds. Highly unprofessional on his part.

We didn't change the pay dates. We originally said Sundays for Payoneer and Paxum, but we did pay earlier the last two Friday's. We probably shouldn't pay early, that leads to an expectation of being paid every Friday. She even said on there she was paid two days early, which means it was expected on a Sunday.
Also the funds were sent on time. Paxum sent them to Payoneer and Payoneer declined them but I dont know why. The CS agent said she would have another division contact us but they haven't yet. We used to have the funds sent to Payoneer directly, but Payoneer wont send funds to Paxum and we have performers that picked that as a payment option.

I did try and I always try to keep things off the forum. I have asked a zillion times to have performers contact me via Skype or email and some still come on here first to post. Its just as unprofessional to run to the forums before you give anyone a chance to get back to you or fix a problem. Being professional works both ways.

While I appreciate your postings, I really am a little annoyed that some of you didn't bother to read the full postings. If you don't actually know the full situation or don't read all the postings, you shouldn't just assume I am in the wrong and then say I paid someone on the wrong dates. I understand that you want to defend your fellow cam performers and I respect that. However it doesn't help a situation and it just adds fuel to the fire.
Should I have been nicer and a bit more professional in my response on here? Yes I should have been and I already said that.
Was she not paid on time? No, we said Sundays for Payoneer and Paxum but we paid early twice. I guess Im an asshole for paying early too, God forbid I try to pay early when I can.
I have known some of you for years and you know I am not a thief, I respect my fellow performers and I started this studio to help other performers. Yes there have been some issues and I addressed them and fixed them. I wish there weren't issues but the major ones were out of my control since they were payroll from the cam site.
I keep hearing cam sites should be professional, studio's should be professional, but I have yet to see where you say cam performers should be professional. Its just as unprofessional to send emails and post messages telling them to fuck off and post every cuss word in the book at them. I have always defended cam performers but now that I am on the other side, I can see why sites and studios get pissed at the actions of some cam performers. You cant demand respect and then not give it. Respect is and always will be a two way street. Some of you always want to throw the cam site or studio under the bus but take a good look at your own actions.
The first thing said to me when I opened a studio was welcome to model management, you are in for a shock. Little did I know what they meant until now.
Two people are not necessary when acting professional.
Check out the Clips4Sale Thread at the billions of times that people have popped their tops off at Sara (including me) and she has never once mocked anyone or had been reduced to name-caling.
That is what being a professional is all about. Keeping your temper in check and replying with grace even when the other person doesn't.

and again my non modeling ass on this site has something to say ...
The models seem to be more interactive lately, I perv them see how the site is ran by models bc honestly they are the make it or break it of a site.
I dont log in, i see the interactions with customers changing for the better
I hate to say it could be the time of day I perv bc I hope its revolving
soooo lol hmu when they hire BBW Tattoed models![]()
On a positive note, and onto the real reason this forum is here, I got an email confirming this weeks pay. Its going to arrive in my bank on Friday again. Thats what's up

I also received an email from bill pay and jane is also working as we speak to get the rest of $$ the site messed up on sent to me. Let me know when you find out Jane thnx!!!

Then you give me advice about this. What if a cam performer takes a chat that she says is real from a man that works at a cam site and it turns out she changed the text to suit her agenda. Would you let that slide? If she posted that chat on a forum would you call her out on it publicly? That chat could have cost him his job if he hadn't been able to provide the actual chat. Plus anyone can read it on here and think he really did act that unprofessional. I'm sorry but that is insane to do to a person and risk their job.
I understand the need to be professional but I think its wrong to abuse cam studios and sites and then call them out if you think their behavior is unprofessional. As a cam performer you need to act professional as well, and if you cant then you should expect to be called out on it if you take it public. Especially if you change Skype messages to make a studio owner and a cam site employee look bad.

I heard but that doesnt apply in this case but I will handle it as best as possible. She's damn lucky if the site doesnt come on here and blast that false Skype message themselves. I appreciate your opinion I really do. I am just dealing with issues well beyond the normal cam studio stuff. This is something I never expected to deal with. Im going to see if an admin can take it down.
