1) Filling out a schedule--do we have to keep to the hours strictly? Is there a minimum number of hours we need to list?
2) Filling out the profile--I understand that they want complete profiles, but can we lie/be very brief, or will that not fly with the site owners? I'm flat out not comfortable posting that much about myself. It feels like a dating profile and the use of the data has been concerning to me. Find out that my (very tiny) city was posted up right under my profile picture automatically when I signed up was fucking terrifying.
3) Photos--what are they gonna do with those? Can I do non-nude, non-face artsy shots? My automatic thought on seeing that material was 'oh look, the guys get free wank material and the site has more shit for their endless pop-ups that I want no part of.' SM has ruined my opinion of photos on profiles, as you can see.
4) Marketing related question: are they going to be using our stuff for pop ups, advertising, and the like? I realize this is a possibility. They're paying us for a reason, obviously. I just want to know if there's a way to opt out.
To be clear, I appreciate what you and your husband are doing for us as models. It's a rare opportunity to get hourly pay and I know you're working hard to get things set up for us. I also realize you're probably feeling a lot of frustrations from a lot of people. It's a new site, stuff happens, yada yada. The owners of the site are obviously paying for quality models, but as the terms from the owners are getting clarified with each passing email, I feel more and more weary. It originally felt like the deal was hourly pay due while traffic was low so the owners could have women who already knew how to hustle on their site. Now it feels like they only want women who hustle a specific way and are holding hourly rates above our heads to get that. That's all fine, of course--it's their site and their money--but I want to clarify which it is. My hustle doesn't seem to match what I think they're looking for, but I can't be sure until I know a bit more about the requirements I asked about above. It seems safer to sit on the sidelines until I know for sure.
