^^ I myself don't have a single tattoo and only my ears are pierced. The whole site itself is bad, not just that one link.

I have to think that it wasn't satire, based on the site. The whole thing is very misogynistic.

Yeah, that is my impression too. Based on the comments, a lot of people are not taking it for a satire.
But, after wading around too long in the misogynistic diatribe of that site, it really cheers me up that the good people of SW could not conceive of such a website being for real! Y'all are the best.![]()

It's the Internet and clearly Matt has some issues with women. Nothing to see here folks.

This article nor this website is satire. I have zero tattoos or body piercings but I am familiar with this website which is why I was inclined to comment. You are wrong when you say getting a tattoo indicates 'a possible lack of foresight.' All my friends with tatts know they are going to move and sag with age, but they didn't care because it's a part of their story in life.
As a male, of course you are not affected by blatant misogyny and you have the privilege to find such sentiments (such as the crap found on this website) hilarious.

i'll never understand the argument " your tats will sag when you're old!" you think by the time i'm 80 and my tits are on the ground i've lost all my teeth that i'm going to care how my tattoos look..of ALL things? i also don't think you should base all your decisions off how things will look/feel when you're old and decrepit. nobody is going to give a shit, least of all you.

I agree. Who gives a crap what an 80 year old's tats look like? Plus everyone has them now, so everyone will have saggy tattoos at around the same time.
I'm sorry but you totally misunderstood me. I do NOT like that website or its postings. Even with a humorous intent the site is junk afaic. I just have trouble believing that he posts what he does without tongue in cheek. If not, then he is a very sick and disturbed fellow.
We'll have to agree to disagree about some aspects of tattooing. I was talking about younger people who get them to rebel , just to fit in , because their friends have them and for similar shallow reasons. Yes, I know there are a lot of people out there who like tattoos ; who think they are attractive; who think people that get them look hot , etc.etc. That's fine afaic. They have a perfect right to do so. Nobody is asking me to pay for them or even look at them if I don't want to. I think my opinion about lack of foresight is borne out by the tattoo removal industry. Inter alia the process is expensive and somewhat painful ( it's like a bad sunburn ).

RoK is not satire, it's real (check out The Red Pill subreddit if you don't believe me), but I do believe the guy(s) who run the site purposely write exaggerated and outrageous articles just to get more clicks and ad revenue. Some of it is so ridiculous that even the most misogynistic of dudes take it with a grain of salt.
For some reason I'm kind of addicted to reading TRP and "manosphere" type stuff. It's just fascinating to me. Also vomit-inducing sometimes.

No, Roosh the Douche and Matt Forney are not kidding and they are repugnant.people. However, death threats are never ok. Ever. The notion that somebody deserves to die, because somebody doesn't like what they have to say is quite scary.

^^ It's really better to let them speak, for them to make it clear, in their own voice, that they're nothing more than misogynist assholes and discredit them with a well thought out counter argument. Refusing to let them speak, drowning them out or threats of violence only gives credence to their views.
I will NEVER defend what they say, but I will absolutely defend their right to say it. It's happened that my own views were unpopular in a certain setting and I would have appreciated the same. I didn't get it but.... these guys are not the only assholes in the world.
Even if this article was intended with some very small, miniscule amount of humor, it failed to have any. I want to spit on men/women/whoever actually thinks this way (and I know there are plenty out there!). Would love to see their article on men with piercings and tattoos! All those years of therapy and I guess I'm still in the broken club over these damn tattoos... rats.
Right? What's even funnier is that when I finally gave in just now and read the article, he makes that argument by saying how bad tattoos are gonna look when you're 40. 40??? 40.... Are you shitting me? What does he think 40-year olds look like? Has he ever seen a 40-year old? I know a woman in her 50s who keeps adding to a full back tattoo that she has. She's not exactly falling apart at the seams just because she's older lmao
Don't try to win over the haters. You are not the Jerk Whisperer.
Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you.

^^These guys are of the opinion that women over 25 are old, washed up, past their prime and undesirable. A woman over 40 is ancient, to them. As a woman nearly 40, who has been banking off her looks for nearly 15 years, I know they're wrong, but am glad I don't have to put up with their pathetic attempts to sleep with me.

I met a guy like that. He told me I was the oldest woman he had ever dated...when I was 22!!!!!! He was 30, btw.
I should mention that if it wasn't because we dated while he was on TAD in Pensacola, he'd be living with him mum in New Orleans. He spent every weekend with her. Don't ask me how I found out he was not lying about spending every single weekend with his mom. Hint, I did NOT check his phone or anything like that.

Where to start.
First of all, the good PUA stuff is 97% about self improvement. Being the best possible version of yourself and living the life you want instead of lamenting and resenting others. Getting girls just kind of happens when you are happy social fulfilled and fun. No reason to shame guys interested in the above, period.
Unfortunately, he is pretty good and experienced with getting insecure women to sleep with him (or so his blogs and ebooks claim). There is an element of truth to some of what he says. Enough that it gets attention from guys who like the idea of treating cute girls like shit to get laid. The current mindset is to make people feel good and have fun, very different approach.
He has problems with Western women. American girls are notorious ball busters, this is a GOOD thing but hard on guys who aren't pretty secure and don't have a lot of options. So he goes abroad to countries where even very hardcore feminist girls are sweet and friendly to him no matter what stupid shit comes out of his mouth. Personally I love the shit tests and bull busting, it's a dance and tells me a girl has standards and self esteem.
He equates numbers with purity and femininity. At one time in my life I believed that a girl with a high number couldn't possibly be feminine submissive sweet and monogamous to the right guy. I was very wrong. Fear of infidelity is some deep level shit, a lot of men are afraid of girls with experience while also wanting a dirty slut in their bed. His position is basically old school, sluts are bad. A modern position is sluts are fucking wonderful, don't settle down with anyone that isn't 100% committed to you in general.
So basically yeah in addition to some blatant misogyny it is an unfortunate combination of being sort of right on how to sleep with a lot of a certain type of woman while not having the ability to choose the kind of woman you really want to date. He really hates feminists too, so unsurprisingly his articles have a very rude tone and you can guess the mentality of his loyal readers. Half of them seem like just blatant trolling for feminist rage.

I want to thank everyone who read that creepy site for enlightening me.
Since that is where he is coming from , who cares what he thinks ?

Seriously. What difference does it make whether its a man or a woman getting the fucking tattoos??
That being said, there IS a whole lot of really shitty ink out there, and a whole lot of people who are trying very hard to rebel and be non-conformist in exactly the same way--by getting really bad ink lol. There are very, VERY few dancers without some kind of ink these days--they are a lot more the non-conformists as far as I can tell.
A good friend of mine specializes in fixing bad ink, he has done some amazing work.
As far as the PUA stuff goes, no question but that it works, and works very well on the dumb people out there, and often works best of all on the ones who swear it will never work on them lol. But I could never bring myself to getting laid by insulting the women.

I agree. The reality is some employers will not hire someone heavily tatted and pierced, it's just the way it is. However it tends to be both genders unless it's a job where it doesn't matter. Personally I'm not into men who are heavily tattooed. My dad has a spider tattoo on his arm and it's pretty cool but he covers it if he goes somewhere. Most of the guys I've dated either had no tattoos or small ones. I've considered getting one because many are pretty, but would get it where I could cover it if need be.
The guys though who consider tatted or pierced women as sluts are probably not getting laid because women pick up on douches like themselves.

Looks like I'm a broken down snaggle toothed old hag then.![]()
