I think it's absolutely absurd that she was fired because of something she did 45 years ago. I guess I won't bother getting the last 9 credits to my elementary education degree…![]()

She looks good for her age thought! But those creepy lurking pupils will find fucking everything. Im sure those perverted lil fucks went to jerk off. They should be ashamed aswell.
Crazy world we live in... *smh*

If education is your passion and you only have nine credits remaining, I wouldn't let a camming history stop me.
This makes me so sad. I keep waiting for the world to grow up and stop being so uptight but sometimes it feels like I'm going to be waiting forever. She seems like a really cool lady too.

^^^ for better or worse, in today's world there is a surplus of qualified 'professionals' in virtually every field. And that is especially the case where teachers are concerned. This situation allows employers to 'cover their a$$es' when the controversial history of an employee is discovered, as well as to 'cover their a$$es in advance' before a new employee is hired, without the employer's 'operations' being compromised in any way.
So, yes, dancers and camgirls creating an online 'trail' of adult industry work appears to be an increasing risk factor, which could have potential negative impact on future 'professional' pursuits.

I actually have 3 other bachelor degrees, but I've often toyed with the idea of going back and finishing that fourth one. It's far from my passion though, so I've never wanted to spend precious time or money on finishing it. The comment was meant to be more tongue-in-cheek...
I think I am just finding it absolutely ridiculous that actions done 45 years ago could still result in a person being fired, especially since it's described as "softcore porn".

When schools stop hiring sex offenders and them raping the kids or caught having sex with the kids stops making my local news, then I will glady quit my p/t time teaching gig because clearly safer hands are there. Until then I will need to be paid to leave that building in a civil manner if they pull some "because your camming" bullshit on me.
I think some one was really out to get that women because 20's to 70's she looks nothing like herself, Then again she did use her real name which is like a no no if you don't plan to make a profession out of it.

^^^ for that exact reason, 'sensitive' employers like school systems, hospitals etc. as well as the state professional licensing agencies which issue licenses to teachers, nurses, etc., now perform extensive background checks on potential professional licensees / potential job applicants. Besides outright criminal charges, those background checks also now search for evidence of 'unprofessional conduct'. State professional licensing agencies specifically consider work in the 'adult' industry to constitute unprofessional conduct.
Being found 'guilty' of unprofessional conduct can result in fines or community service mandates by the state professional licensing agency as a condition of keeping the license. Being found 'guilty' of unprofessional conduct can also be used as grounds for dismissal by the 'professional' worker's employer. This is the new reality for 'professionals' such as teachers, nurses, etc. This is also the reason that I am increasingly concerned over the rapid spread of internet image based facial recognition searches beyond LE to 'sensitive' private sector employers / non-LE related gov't agencies ... because it significantly increases the probability that a camgirl applying for a professional license ( renewal ) or a professional job position may ( soon ) be confronted with an adult webcam pic of herself and a question 'is this you giving that Hitachi a workout ?' !!!

You know what the irony is? I don't know about today, this goes back more than a few yrs..I dated a former teacher, & the (true) stories he told me..about teachers that were accused of all types of indiscretions, & still allowed to teach. When I say accused, I'm thinking of one situation where another teacher walked in on a teacher/student..definitely not studying a lesson plan![]()

Looks like college has back-tracked, but I hope she tells them to go fuck themselves.

I do have to say, it's encouraging to see in the comments of the articles that many people are outraged. I'd be willing to accept criticism from anyone who has never viewed adult entertainment for pleasure. But lets face it, most adults in the world today-especially the men but also a whole lot of women-view adult entertainment for pleasure at least occasionally. I will never allow myself to be shamed for doing something perfectly legal that so many people enjoy. An adult entertainment past is a problem? Really? When pedophiles are running around, murderers, terrorists. Good grief! People turn on adult entertainment to relax and distress and forget the horrors of the world!
*I prefer the term 'adult entertainment' because to me it signifies a legal, consenting activity performed for the enjoyment of other legal, consenting adults. I'm actually not keen on the term 'porn' because too much illegal, unsavory stuff also falls under that umbrella and so I feel that what consenting adults do should be differentiated. But that's just my opinion.
